    Pleasant Valley Pines - Choose this inviting 3 bedroom / 2 bath offering nestled in a pristine country setting in a lightly wooded area for your vacation. Enjoy the beauty and quiet of this very private location. There is open lawn space to play catch and enjoy the summer sun, or shaded areas great to catch up on that book you brought along. An inviting open front deck graces the entry. This well appointed home is convenient to all youth baseball tournament locations. It is less than 15 minutes to the Dreams Park and less than 20 minutes to Oneonta tournaments.

    Pleasant Valley Pines has an inviting open floor plan with an easy flow from the living area to the kitchen and dining areas. There is enough room to spread out if you need a little space from the group. A vaulted ceiling finished with pine boards adds dramatic flair to the living area. This is a ranch style home with all living quarters on one floor.

Perfect house for Cooperstown week!

The house was very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the working WiFi, television, washer/dryer, and all things nature! The house is beautifully set in the woods, with just a 15 minute beautiful drive to Dreams Park. Hosts are kind and responsive! Would absolutely book again!

Look No Further

Great for families going to cheer on their boys! Super convenient to both Dreams and Allstar Village. The house is located on beautiful wooded lot which is a great escape from the baseball fields. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you forgot at home. Will recommend to friends of future players.

Beautiful and relaxing

We booked Pleasant Valley during our week for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an amazing stay. We are from Las Vegas and are not used to so much greenery and staying at this place we only didn’t get to see the green we also got to listen to the trees sings and we saw so much wildlife which was amazing. The home itself is spacious, clean, and the hosts were very responsive and kind. We loved the guest book as we quickly found out someone we knew had previously stayed there 2 years prior.

The perfect home for our stay!!

Pleasant Valley Pines was perfect for our stay. The location is beautiful. The house provided everything that we needed. The host communicated very well from check in to check out. It’s a short distance from Cooperstown Dream Park which was great for us to be able to get back and forth from our sons games. We will definitely be back to stay at this little gem!!

Awesome house!

This is the second year we have come to Cooperstown. This is the first time we’ve stayed here and if we were to return we would 100% come back to this property. The home owners were very responsive and accommodating to my handicap dad. 5 out of 5 stars for everything!

Tournament at Dreams Park

We stayed there for a tournament at Dreams Park in August 2024. The house is as described, no surprises. Definitely a quiet place to stay in the woods. There were toys and games for the kids. Was great to have access to the laundry room. Only complaints from the family were that the beds were too soft, specifically the Master bed and the twin bed by itself in the room with the bunks. We would stay here again.

I would stay here again

This property was beautiful. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The gas fire place was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a full meal. All three bedrooms were very comfortable. The living area was very cozy and had plenty of seating.I would stay here again. My only negatives were no cell service (there was a land line and Wifi) and it was a distance to get to stores of restaurants. No Door Dash or Uber in this area.

Exactly what we were looking for.

I am extremely particular about cleanliness, musty, bathrooms, etc. This home was without a doubt perfect in every way. So very clean, no musty smell, central AC, full size washer and dryer, easy check in and out, direct contact with the owner. I loved every minute of our stay at Pleasant Valley Pines. Would I book again....absolutely!! We were there for my grandson to play baseball at Dreams Park. It was a 15 minute drive but a very relaxing drive each day. If you are looking for a well kept home for your Cooperstown vacation, consider this home. You won't be disapointed. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week in your lovely home. Good restaurants to try, Upstate and Bocca. Pizza at Mascots was very good.
