Hotel vicino a Mill Creek - Inwood

“Lots of hotels in this area and we've stayed at most of them. Garden Inn is one of the nicer properties- will pay a little more, and breakfast isn't included (although they have a good restaurant you can purchase at)...but if looking for a little nicer than just laying down your head stay here.”

“New property in an odd location. Front desk wasn't super friendly but we were there on business for the room not socializing. Room was clean but not as quality as what we've come to expect with Hilton. Breakfast was one of the smallest and simplest I've seen at a hotel in some time. Business trip or traveling through just looking for a clean place to rest your head it was fine and affordable. Want something nicer across the highway is Hilton Garden Inn we stay at also much nicer but more...

“The breakfast was just ok..they were out of a lot of things and did not refill it…which I thought was odd…trying to get extra towels was completely crazy…we stayed two nights and we were told that they will not clean your room or bathroom..so that means no new towels which is gross…the shower had old soap left from previous days..the main lobby appeared clean but not one person greeted you when you walked in…I had no idea when check out time was I was only told our room would not be cleaned...

“Needs updating. Breakfast area was messy. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower worked nicely but definitely needs an update on furniture in living room area. Chair looked like it was dirty n cat scratched. Ehhh Reception personnel was very nice. Good for a 1 night stay n close to route 80.”

“Exhaust fan in bathroom was incredibly loud and could not be turned off separately from the light in the bathroom. Water took a long time to become hot in the shower. Interstate traffic is very loud and the hotel walls are not well-insulated. Receipt was not provided at check-out and is not accessible online either. ”

“It was very nice, quiet and clean. It was near dining and the casino. It was close to Harper’s Ferry and historic Charles Town.”

“Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs. The pancake maker was either broken or old as it took forever to make one. There is a $10/day fee that covers 2...
