"The air conditioner was far too loud. Good grief. Our room was not ready when it should have been, but a second (more helpful) employee found us another room which was appreciated. I need an updated receipt reflecting the change in rooms. It can be mailed to me at mlwygonik426@gmail.com."

"Very sad upgrades to say it is the Penn State University. And Football Season and the huge price hikes should be able to cover any updates or upgrades needed to remain at the PSU Standard.
