“My husband and I have stayed here many, many times. I had to come to PDX because my daughter is in ICU. I called last Thursday and explained my situation. At noon, on 4/24 my room was all ready. Check in was super quick. I was supposed to leave on 5/1 but needed to stay longer. The hotel was booked for the weekend! Joe, the manager, told me to wait a day. Someone canceled and he was able to keep me my same room. Everyone is very helpful 🙂 The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job.”
