Hotel a Mill Spring

“It was really noisy. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a baby shower taking place in one of the meeting rooms. The bass on the music was extremely loud it was vibrating our room. Also the lady in the room next to us was talking so loud we could hear every word she said and she was in the room with us. We wondered if the door on her side for an adjoining room was open.”

“This place was great it was out last stay on our road trip it was clean and quiet with extremely friendly staff. The meals were wonderful and the bed was soft.. definitely a wonderful stop along the way”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an attached restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The hotel, although clean, is a bit dated. Rooms, as well as the hotel overall could use a face lift.”

“I had a reservation for 4 nights, also received a confermation and itinerary number from hotes.com, but upon arrival I found that hotels.cim never made the reservation with the place I was staying. The place i was supposed to stay at were as accommodating as they could be, tried to find me a place to stay all four night, but couldn't, however they did have an opening fo the one night I arrived and I stayed there and they didn't even charge me at all and offered me if I ever came back they would...

“The property was older but clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of issues overshadowed an otherwise satisfactory stay. One was the toilet that took 5 minutes to fill back up with water in order to be able to flush The other major issue was there was no hot water in the morning. The desk clerk had no sense of urgency about the issue and said her son would have to take a look at it. By this time we had sponged bath and were ready to check out. ”
