The music that this property plays at night can be hear in the rooms. Spoke to staff and they said they have complained about it also and that it is hotel branding.

The beds were hard as rocks extremely uncomfortable. The king bed in the upstairs bedroom sheets were so used and rough they felt like sand paper, and the fan that was so close to the bed was covered in dust. I didn’t know before turning it on and a wave of dust fell over all my things and the bed. ...
