Breakfast was lackluster. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good and well lit. Room was decent, bathroom was not very clean, but was acceptable.

This place was fantastic. I was going to an alpaca show at the Virginia Horse Center and it was a great place to bring my family. Fantasic little cottage. Close to the warm springs and lots of outdoor activities nearby. Highly recommend Hidden Valley area down the road, the springs, and the Waterwheel Restaurant at the Gristmill Inn!
