Millennium Green: Tour e Visite Guidate

Room had been prebooked and paid for, hotel had been called and car parking booked in advance. On arriving at the hotel the car park barrier was being repaired with gaffer tape and we were instructed to park on double yellows. On attempting to check in we were told the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have the room that had been booked. They next found us a room at a lower grade and offered free car parking as compensation. They then told us the room hadn't been paid for and I had to show them the receipt of payment which I had. Finally went put to put cases in the room and left to explore Leicester. On returning we got to the car park to find no car parking spaces free. When attempting to take a shower the water in kept turning off. At breakfast we were informed we had 30mins before the dinning area closed, so we picked up food and tried to get coffee. Both coffee machines were broken and took over 30mins to get working again. Yes by this time breakfast was cold and the food counters were closed. Not long after we were kicked out of the dining area.
