Olive Leaf/Fields of Home

  • Olive Leaf is a cozy cottage nestled in the heart of Amish country. Designed for intimate getaways, this cabin has one queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa, and can sleep four total. Enjoy a kitchenette with the basics for cooking, a bathroom, a comfy living area, and a bedroom with a jacuzzi tub. Outside is a patio area with a fire pit and a hot tub. There is another cabin, and a lodge on the premises, but each dwelling has it's privacy. Arrowhead cabin is eight minutes from Berlin and four minutes from Mt. Hope.

    Booking with us to celebrate something special? We offer several packages that can be ordered prior to your arrival to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and other signifigant events that deserve to be celebrated.

    Please note: All packages must be purchased at least 7 days prior to arrival!

    Anniversary Package - $100
    Includes roses, chocolates, wine, and decorations with balloons, a banner, and rose petals.

    Birthday Package - $50
    Includes a cake, salty snacks, and decorations with balloons and a banner.

    Celebration Package - $75
    Includes wine, a charcuterie board, and decorations with a banner and balloons.

    A bouquet of roses can be added to any package for an additional $50.



    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

    - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

    - Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

    - Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

Cozy cabin, beautiful setting. The hot tub and fire pit made for a relaxing evening, watching the sun set and the cows saunter past in the nearby field. We hope to come again!

Week end get away!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here ! The cabin was so cozy. The view, fire pit and hot tub were our favorites! If you are looking for a place to just relax and sip your coffee in the morning ing with a beautiful view this is your place! We also visited a local winery and enjoyed some great live music!

Gas fire place kept cabin nice and warm. Attached to thermostat so it could be controlled. Nice firepit with host providing wood. :) Hot tub very nice. We enjoyed our time. Only complaint would be the main garbage bin being backed up to where our hot tub was. Scared us when someone threw something away when we were soaking. It is also on a main road with a lot of 18 wheeler traffic that engine brake right outside of the property constantly. Not the hosts issue, but it was noticed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. :)

The cabin was perfect! It was very clean and smelled soooo good! We were there for a romantic getaway. The first night when we wanted to have private time in the hot tub, the large cabin next door had set up a pickle ball court. There was absolutely no privacy and they were loud. Sunday night was perfect as they had checked out.

Amish getaway

This was a very nice place. Clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub! Pretty view and good parking. Didn’t have a washer and dryer and asked not to drink alcohol, except for wine, the day before we checked in. That should have been revealed sooner.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful view from the porch or the fire pit. What would of been nice. A grill and a grill lighter. More privacy. More hooks for robes and less foo foo. We would come back again.

The cabin was very nice and clean. It was smaller than it appears on the site but still nice. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a tv, especially since everything closes at 5:00 and nothing is open on Sunday. The privacy to the hot tub was almost nonexistent. Both neighbors could see it they wanted to. The jets in the bathtub inside didn’t work. But in all we had a very nice stay.

Cute, cozy and relaxing cabin

My husband and I had a fantastic 2 day getaway at the Fields of Homes in their smallest cabin. It was very well decorated and perfect size for a romantic birthday trip. The cabin was VERY clean. We enjoyed Amish Country. There is not a lot to do in the area during the winter but we knew that going into the trip. We also enjoyed the hot tub. However, we wish there was an additional privacy fence to block the view of the neighboring cabin. Definitely a 9/10.

Property was fin we just went to sit on porch and relax and listen to the buggys go by but were lots of kids next door haveing a party the whole time playing load music past 2:00 am. So the next night when the music and party started we just left early and went home.

Perfect couples retreat

Husband and I stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. A small snafu with entry code, but corrected. I really appreciated the cleanliness, the extra touches like small loaf of bread and honey, availability of washer and dryer, soap and laundry bag, wood for fire pit and wagon to bring it over, spices, foil, plastic bags, keurig coffee pods and tea bags, microwave popcorn. Loved the electric fireplace on main floor, and ceiling fan and ac in loft because I am always hot sleeping. Loved facilities in loft so not having to go downstairs in the night to use. Peaceful, yet close to shops/restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Cute & cozy cabin in good location

We had such a relaxing stay at this adorable cabin. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub and even had a peaceful fire on the one nice early spring night. We had no neighbors our entire stay but I do agree another privacy fence would be a great addition. The only disappointment was that the anniversary surprise package I had arranged and paid for wasn’t there upon our arrival. I asked the property manager about this and it ended up being there after dinner but obviously the surprise wasnt a surprise & nothing but a "I am sorry for the delay" was said to make up for this.
