  • "Mio padre avrebbe allineato il sole nascente con il molo per una giornata perfetta." La nostra cabina recentemente ristrutturata offre un pino tutto nodoso, piano aperto arioso con molte finestre, due ampie camere da letto con letti queen size e un letto a castello, bagno con doccia, ampio soggiorno aperto con zona pranzo e cucina completa elettrodomestici di dimensioni e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Un grande portico si affaccia sul lungolago con un grazioso cortile sul lago. La nostra cabina è un lungolago affascinante, accogliente e immacolato che può ospitare fino a una famiglia di cinque persone o due coppie di adulti. I cani sono i benvenuti

    Situato in una posizione ideale nella zona di Millersport, siamo vicini a tutto !! Fai una breve passeggiata lungo la strada fino alla gelateria artigianale di Weldon per una deliziosa sorpresa. Ci sono ristoranti locali a Millersport, a breve distanza in auto o a piedi, oppure rimanere a casa e grigliare il proprio pasto con vista sul lago.

    Il luogo di vacanza perfetto per tutta la famiglia. C'è un'area poco profonda per far giocare i più piccoli e un'acqua più profonda per nuotare e galleggiare. Buckeye Lake ha anche una grande pesca, sia in barca che fuori dal ponte privato. Si consiglia di verificare i requisiti della licenza di pesca locale prima della visita. Se hai la tua barca puoi esplorare il lago, i canali e i ristoranti accessibili dall'acqua. Buckeye Lake non ha restrizioni di potenza. Nessuna barca, nessun problema ... puoi organizzare un tour con una compagnia locale di tour in barca ed esplorare il lago. Il cortile offre una splendida vista libera sul lago, dove si può gustare un caffè la mattina e cocktail la sera, o rilassarsi all'aperto con il tuo libro preferito con i suoni pacifici della natura.

    Questa baita fu costruita sulla vecchia Summerland Beach nel 1946 da tronchi acquistati nel Michigan e portati a Buckeye Lake. Si trova di fronte al vecchio hotel, dove la barca a remi porterebbe i passeggeri dal parco divertimenti Buckeye Lake. La sua storia è forte e i recenti aggiornamenti sono stati alcuni dei tanti motivi per cui questa casa è stata presentata nel 34 ° tour annuale delle case del Buckeye Lake del 2019.

Larry and Susie were outstanding hosts and our stay was outstanding! The Rising Sun was perfect for our family. Rented a pontoon with the dock space and we had a fantastic week. Definitely will return!

We stayed for about a week,it was great! We loved that we had a washer and dryer. It was nice to be able to cook and not have to eat out every day.

Cozy Cabin

This place was amazing. Cozy cabin with spectacular lake views. The cabin was well furnished and comfortable and the owners provided almost any necessity imaginable. The lake view is spectacular and we were able to catch fish right from the dock. Plenty of dining options nearby. Great place with great owners!

Lovely quaint cabin!

Cabin was beautifully decorated for fall and has all the amenities you could ask for. Location on the water was perfect for sunrise. Very quiet area and close to cute shops and wonderful coffee house. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and decided to rent this cute little cottage. It was charming, very clean and nestled in a very quiet area of the lake. We are now talking about going back every year. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

We had a wonderful time here. It was beautifully decorated, the hosts were very friendly and provided everything we could have needed. The property is beautiful as well. We spent many nights and mornings laying in the sun and watching the highly active fish and other wildlife. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer for our clothing! We will definitely be back to go fishing and boating in the future!

Quaint house directly on the lake. Owners were lovely, House immaculately clean. We did a sunset cruise with Uncle Buck and highly recommend! Only feedback would be more lawn seating.

Perfect vacation on the shores of Buckeye Lake

What a beautiful cabin 25 feet from the shore of Buckeye Lake! Perfect location for sunrises. Beautifully remodeled two bedroom cabin. Exquisite. I could not have been better! Thank you so much for making everything so nice for us from the Towels to the treats to the Internet to the new beds, floor, new everything!

We were unable to make the trip this year due to a new baby and family Life Celebration. Larry and Susie are wonderful hosts and we love their family home. Their home is definitely on our return list and hope to return!!!

Comfortable Clean Cabin On The Water

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Larry and Susie's cabin on Buckeye Lake. It was our first time to this lake and it will hopefully not be our last. The cabin is a great size for a couple or a small family with children. Susie had it spotless when we arrived and even had a goodie basket with coffee pods and snacks! I went mainly to fish and my wife to relax and read. I took my boat and tied up to their dock. Fishing was great around the lake (I caught Blugill, Crappie, Saugeye,and Bass), but I had just as much fun catching Catfish right off the dock. There were numerous large Carp around the docks as well because they happened to be spawning when we were there. It's a little tight for parking a trailer at the cabin depending on the size of boat you have, but Larry is very accommodating and will help in any way he can, even storing your trailer at his house if need be. There is a lot to do in the area from hiking to bicycling to restaurants. Larry and Susie were probably the nicest most helpful people we've ever rented from and want to be sure that you enjoy your stay and return again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the Rising Sun log cabin. It was truly one of the BEST properties my family and i have ever stayed. Larry and Susan are the most kind, pleasant, and down to earth Hosts. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL. The lake is breathtaking. We relaxed and fished every day. Actually caught a lot of catfish. We were able to take some home. The house is immaculate. It was spotless. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Just not on the surface. The house felt clean. The pictures do this home no justice. The proximity to the lake is literally just out the front door. We had snacks and coffee to welcome us. Larry and Susan really made sure you felt like another family member coming to their home. If i could give 100 stars I would. The home had EVERYTHING you would need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return. Larry and Susan, Thank you so much for welcoming my family to your home. You two are the absolute BEST!!!!!! day

Rustic Relaxation

Really enjoyed our stay at Larry and Susan's awesome, cozy, lakeside spot. We had beautiful fall weather to enjoy the views from both the back porch and from inside the warm cabin. Loved the 1940's ambiance and decor to go with all of the usual conveniences of a furnished vacation home. Spent a lot of time hiking around the lake and nearby parks. Loved how close we were to the city of Columbus as well.

Beautiful & Relaxing Stay

Beautiful home, the view was amazing, the home has everything you need and the owners are just the kindest most accommodating people ever! Larry and Susie went out of their way to make sure my stay was nothing short of amazing. I could not recommend this home more. Every little detail, the location, clean, stocked with all the amenities and did I mention how amazing Larry and Susie were? Lol Will definitely be back!

Our stay at Buckeye Lake at Rising Sun.

Our stay at Buckeye Lake was very enjoyable. The cottage was clean and the lake views were awesome. Fishing right from the dock was fun caught a bunch of catfish. Took a Boat ride from Captain Buck Boat tours highly recommend . Overall had a Great time.
