A beautiful building with exposed stonework, it’s the ideal place to get together with family or friends by the fireside. This traditionally furnished holiday cottage in the heart of Normandy can accommodate 5 guests. It comprises a cosy living room, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. You’ll also love its separate, fenced-in garden of 550 m² – perfect for enjoying lunch in the sunshine! Bed linen and towels are provided.

The property
With a floor area of 90 m², the house is laid out as follows:
Living area on the ground floor:
- Living room with a fireplace, double sofa bed, TV, and dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
- Separate, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery, dining table.
- Utility room with washing machine

Sleeping area upstairs:
- Colourful bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a desk
- Bathroom with separate shower and toilet

Outdoors:
A lovely, sunny, fenced-in garden of 550 m², furnished with a table, bench and parasol, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful lunch in the sun. The garden is situated 20 m from the property (across the road).
- The property also features a games room with a table tennis table, darts, a pétanque court and a picnic table in the garden so you can make the most of your stay

Nearby
The house is situated in a very quiet and pleasant country village – the ideal location for a relaxing break by the fireside. For nature lovers, a cycle path is just 200 metres away. The beach is only 9 km away, and 7 km away is a leisure centre with a golf course and a lake.
For the little ones, you can head to Lac des Bruyères, where there’s a playground, or, just 20 metres from the gîte, there’s a small open space where you can play ball games.
There are plenty of food shops nearby.

- Lac des Bruyères (3 minutes)
- Numerous walking trails, including walks through the dunes.
- Excursions to the islands of Chausey and Jersey
- Mont Saint-Michel is a 1 hour 15 minute drive away

- Private outdoor parking on site, with space for 2 vehicles
