“I had a late check-in, the first room was still dirty (footprints in the bathtub), unknown goopy substance on the bedskirt, and the AC would not turn on. The night shift person quickly switched the room, but this one the shower fan did not work. However, the night manager (different person) was very friendly and polite.
Morning front desk was courteous and willing to accomodate a later check-out time which was very helpful and appreciated. ”
