“A lovely thatched roof pub with sitting out area. The lady was so lovely and welcoming we can’t remember her name but she lived right by the pub.
The room was lovely, a nice comfortable bed, lovely pillows and lovely and clean.
The lady who was cleaning the rooms was on her own that day and we asked if we could check in early the day before.
She worked wonders our rooms was spotless.
We had a lovely stay with a great breakfast. Will definitely go back.

“I didn’t want to write a negative review however as there was zero response to my messages, despite leaving it over 10 days I feel that I must.
The pub itself is lovely, good food & comfortable clean rooms. However the lack of customer care lets it down. First as a previous customer mentioned is the welcome. We arrived early as you can’t tell how long a journey will take and we were told that we couldn’t check in until 4pm. We decided to have lunch then went for a walk, arriving back at 3.30pm,...

“Had a very warm and friendly welcome, dinner & breakfast were both delicious. We were walking the Tamara coast to coast and they very kindly agreed to look after our big rucksack so we could collect it after we’d completed the last couple of days”
