“Great place to stay if in Walla Walla Washington the rooms are clean. The staff was great. Breakfast was delightful and parking was no problem. They were very accommodating when needed.”

“This is an older motel but very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was roomy. For the area it was very reasonable in price. The motel owners were very nice folks. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was great, Except the bathroom floor is extremely slippery getting out of the shower with wet feet was a scary move, I almost fell eachtime. Otherwise the staff was fantastic very attentive caring and so helpful in every way. I will always stay at surestay n recommend Anyone that is heading to walla walla to stay at surestay, very very affordable as well.”

“Just had a continual issue with the key cards getting de-magnitized because of proximity to keys/phone/wallet. Didn't put them near all those things after the first time but it kept happening.”

“Very nice hotel! Clean room, good location, quiet. Friendly staff. Only real criticism is that the room, while nice, could have been nicer for the price ($312/night). It was very solid. But could have been nicer. Felt very generic. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I’m nitpicking, but for price could be a tad bit better.”

“The room had a horrible smell, dirty sheets and towels, and even no lock on my second room that I was moved to. Very unclean, unkempt, and felt very unsafe. Bring gloves and lots of disinfectant!”
