Quaint, quiet neighborhood. *No parties *No events Automatic $500 fine for smoking inside. HOA Does not allow parking on street at night or on grass. No RVs. NO ONE UNDER 18 is allowed in the pool without an adult. NO POOL, PLAYGROUND, COMMON GRASS AREA, shall be used for any private parties. Pool is open 7:00 am closes promptly at 9:00 pm (April thru October) 7 am to 7 pm (November thru March) NO night swimming. NO GLASS in pool, playground or common area. NO Alcohol allowed. As ordered by the Department of Health

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard to avoid a $50 clean up fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) to get you through the first few days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
