“Everything was nice and the room was clean.”

“The beds and pullows were very comfortable, got a great nights sleep. Had coffee 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast had cereal, assortment of bagels, packaged oatmeal, juice, hard boiled eggs, premade hot breakfast sandwich, assorted fruit, nice, fresh and simple. Right off 94, staff was excellent and friendly. Would stay again. Only complaint is hard water stains in bathroom toliet and shower.”

“A lot of homeless people hanging around property. Didn't feel safe for belongings in vehicle”

“I've never been to a hotel that will not accept a credit card for deposit. There is literally bags of trash in the hallway. It appears by the look of the clientele this is the relocation spot for the homeless. There are mix matched towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper on the roll, the peep hole is stuff with paper. Theres a iron but no ironing board ”

“Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay”

“Convenient to Kalamazoo airport as well as Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. Very near I-94 exit/entrance. Currently a little difficult to get into parking area and main entrance with inadequate signage. Breakfast good.”

“Customer service are polite and stay out of your business. I can be a little loud and I have visitors a lot and I have not received any complaints or reprimands from the staff or managers or anyone. ”

“This property was okay to stay to rest. It was a little confusing to find the place, as it didnt have a sign on thr building. Not much as far as amenities. Old building, but very friendly staff. The room felt cozy and safe.”

“Everything was good except for the fact they were doing construction in the parking lots and parking was scarce. Also, the floors in the room were very dirty.But everything else seemed to be great”

“I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed””
