Welcome to Mimbaste, an authentic village offering the tranquility of the Landes countryside and the convenience of nearby shops and services, just 10 minutes from the Dax thermal baths and 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches. You will stay at the "Lou Sarrat" gîte, a fully renovated, single-story, detached house that retains the original historical charm of the building (a former stable): exposed stone walls, beams, and high ceilings. This rental is located near the owners' house, and you will have access to the shared swimming pool. The rental includes: - a large, bright living room with a lounge area (TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi), a sofa bed (extra sleeping space), and a dining area - an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, oven, four-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, air fryer, and all necessary small appliances - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and ample storage - a bathroom (shower, heated towel rail, washing machine) - a separate toilet with a washbasin. Heating is provided by a pellet stove, underfloor heating, and a heat pump. Outside, you will enjoy private access to a garden area with outdoor furniture (Italian awning) to admire the stunning sunrises over the fields. The view is unobstructed (depending on the harvest) and not overlooked. The swimming pool (3x6m) is open from June to September (weather permitting). Access hours: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The area is secured by a safety barrier. Ping-pong table, barbecue, griddle. For your comfort, utilities (electricity, water, heating), bed linens, household linens, and towels are included in the price.
