“It was a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and the duvet. “Ryokan Suminoyu was absolutely wonderful. We had a traditional Japanese room with two twin futons. The bathroom and shower were modern and lovely. The staff spoke English and were very gracious about our attempts to speak Japanese. The location is perfect; tucked on a quaint street in the heart of Shibu Onsen. “My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kokusai 21. It's a nice and big hotel and the staff were all very kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also offer a breakfast buffet for a fee and it's really amazing. It's not easy to find a place to eat in the morning, so having a breakfast buffet in the hotel was really great and convenient. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Nagano.”

“餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息 餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。 因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。 浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。 備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。 樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。”
