“The beach was great, it’s clean and clear but pass the barrier is a lot of trash as it faces he city. My biggest disappointment was a member of the staff helping us with the Jetski was wearing a “Trump 2020” political hat while on duty. At a luxury place, where guests are paying a premium and expecting a polished, professional, and welcoming environment, I found this completely inappropriate and frankly quite jarring. “Lovely place and incredible pool. Staff was very helpful. Very large facility and isolated from other things to do outside of resort. Need to take Tuktuks or taxis everywhere. Hotel was able to arrange transportation with very helpful driver/guide.”
