“Staff is awesome and very helpful. The rooms are very small and has no table and chair for a laptop setup. I booked the biggest of their rooms. Water pressure was an issue at times. I wish housekeeping paid more attention to replacing towels as I has to call front desk multiple times during my 4 day stay. You can only connect 2 wifi devices per room and that's a big limitation in the current world we live in.”

“It was a great stay in a nice property. Only problem was which is not related to property directly, was street dogs, which barked a lot at night time, hard to sleep. It could be problem for floors near to the ground as we were on first floor.”

“My stay at Westin for 5 nights was excellent. While the property is good, the staff is what makes the difference. Everyone that I interacted with at the hotel wants to make sure I am comfortable & taken care of. Truly amazing staff at Westin and would say the best I have seen recently. The food options were great, the amenities were useful especially the pool and spa areas. I would definitely recommend this place and will likely stay there once I am back in town.”

“I booked two rooms for four adults and two children. During check-in, the manager informed me that I had to pay an additional charge because the children were not included in the reservation. This was unexpected and felt unfair, as the booking details were not clearly communicated beforehand. Additionally, the check-in process took about 30 minutes, which was longer than expected and added to the inconvenience.”
