Whilst you''ll be located right on the coast, the countryside is not far, with Exmoor National Park just 3 miles away. Pay a visit to the pretty village of Dunster (3 miles) and you can explore local history with a visit to the fairytale-esque castle on the hill, or travel to Lynton and Lynmouth (23 miles to experience the unique water-powered cliff railway. In the opposite direction is Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a truly special landscape with varying terrain which is rich in flora, fauna and wildlife making for wonderful walking trails.
