  • Splatt Barn è stato completamente rinnovato di recente per rendere questo paese bellissimo cottage una vacanza di lusso con tutti i comfort moderni. Situato alla periferia del villaggio di Porlock, Splatt Fienile gode di una vista ininterrotta attraverso le paludi a Porlock Bay ed è solo una facile passeggiata in Porlock con pub, ristoranti, negozi e sale da tè. Il cottage può ospitare fino a 4 persone in due camere da letto; un letto king-size e di un letto matrimoniale.

Absolutely beautiful location, the views were spectacular especially from the bedroom balcony, I don’t think any photos could do it justice. The interior of the cottage was superb and it was a real home from home and has everything that you would ever need. The location of the cottage is absolutely perfect for walks, places to visit, and plenty of places to eat and drink locally.

Beautiful home, comfortable, warn, spacious with a wonderful view and a special position. The kitchen is better kitted out than my own home, with everything you could need. I so much want to stay again.

This is the perfect cottage! We were just two and our dog so it was a real treat to have all the space to ourselves. The view is outstanding and the creature comforts were all you could desire. There is a wonderful ambience in the cottage which just relaxes you. So easy to walk into the village for shopping or eating and drinking without needing the car, but of course there are plenty of super places to visit further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come again.

This is a beautiful property; thoughtfully and tastefully renovated to provide high quality and spacious accommodation with everything you could possibly need. (The binoculars were a bonus!). It is so very peaceful with stunning views from the upstairs balcony over Porlock Marsh to the Bristol Channel. We have been visiting Exmoor for over 40 years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Just what we needed after a stressful year.

The view from the cottage was wonderful and we loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset. The horses were a delight and would often wake us up at dawn. The cottage had everything we needed. We didn't use the sitting room because the weather was so good and there are plenty of sofa's and comfy chairs around the house.
