Thanks for the review Marion. I am sorry your stay wasn’t as good as I would have hoped. I fully understand the awkward shape and design of the room with regard to watching TV in bed hence the 2 arm chairs. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to place the TV on the wall at the bottom of the bed without removing the wardrobe. I am aware of the damaged door to the en-suite and will have it repaired as soon as possible. The bed is very soft and some people like that but I wasn’t aware of the squeak so thank you for that. The en-suite is quite small which I presume is why the hand basin vanity unit is in the corner of the bedroom. In respect of the WiFi, there is not normally a problem, however, if there are multiple users at the same time the signal can slow and in your case drop out completely. I can only apologise sincerely. Thank you for bringing the hair drying seating problem to my attention. That I can resolve. The pre-ordering for breakfast has been put in place to reduce contact and observe social distancing in the dining room. Once again I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay but thank you both for bringing these problems to my attention.
