The sink in the bathroom had a defective stopper. The cover control rod was not working. To flush the toilet, you had to continuously hold down the handle until the water ran out. The deadbolt on the door does not work. It would not engage/out of alignment. Other than that, the room was good. This is room 210. James Ramsey”

“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning.
