“Wife and I were looking for quiet solitude with a view and that is exactly what we got. Though small as described, it provided everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were able to split our time 50/50 at the house and out at our favorite places in this area (Crane Creek, Reece Orchard, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Amicalola Falls). “Very well kept clean cabin in a very nice area, close to activities. We enjoyed watching the deer across the way on the porch and watching the fireflies and making smores at the patio firepit.Hot tub is amazing after a long day of walking to waterfalls. “When in doubt, add the extra days to your stay! This is the retreat of calm relaxation you are seeking! It was the perfect secluded spot for my family and 2 dogs. It’s got great proximity to town to explore the scenic railway, rail bikes, restaurants, and nature trails. Loved starting my mornings on the screened in porch and ending my day in the hot tub. “Our stay was generally great. The house is really nice, but I will say not in a great lot (not a great view and close to neighbors). The only thing that was slightly less accurate about the listing is the pet friendliness. You can bring pets but they aren’t allowed to be on furniture which isn’t all that realistic for a lot of people. We had a great time and everything was stocked and nice for a party of 4. If the group was any bigger it would have been really tight. ”

The house is phenomenal. The bed and mattresses are all extremely comfortable. The pillows are great. The sheets are great. The towels are quality. The location is simply breathtaking surrounded by forest and very little traffic on the road it resides on. With a 20 min drive you can visit the local towns for food and shopping. “My birthday weekend and I wanted my friends to have a day of relaxation. This property WAS EVERYTHING IT PROMISED. So much so we did not want to leave. A little tricky to find but once we arrived it was a immaculate site to see upon opening the door. From the living room to bedrooms to deck that overlooked the mountains to the hot tub curated a relaxing enjoyable weekend. The is my second Unwind property stay and throughly satisfied again.
