“So the reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I didnt have a remote in my room when i checked in. I got one from the front desk only to find the other one behind a dresser in the toom with spider webs also all behind it which means it hasnt been cleaned behind. Also asked multiple times about late check out and was told would have to wait till the morning to ask well that is pointless as i was trying to not have to wake up early. So if i have to wake up to find out about late check then why not...

“Clean room”

“Everything was clean, quiet and serene. I love the scenery during the day and night.”

“Mold in the shower that has been there for a very long time. Had to get my key cards reprogrammed everyday just to get back into my room. Walls are thin and the doors don’t shut well so there was people slamming doors all night long.”

“This hotel is pretty run down. However, the staff is responsive and friendly, which I appreciate. ”
