“First, the bad - in the middle of a hard winter storm I took a half-hour shower and the hot water ran out. Now, the good - the hotel room was head and shoulders above what I expected, with a small but functional kitchen and finishes that were less luxurious than comfortable. “Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Only complaint was I was charged $50 to a card on arrival although I'd paid in full months before arrival date for "incidentals", which I wasn't told about prior, but it refunded within a couple days after checking out”
