“The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake views. It’s meticulously maintained and there is no other place to stay in Muskoka with the same number of amenities and restaurant options. However, all the elevators were down in our section of the hotel making it a very difficult walk up from the lake. They say that you can call for a shuttle but there is no way to call this shuttle, no number given and the shuttles are not running all day- you need to request one. There is no pool...

“I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool").
