“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“We got what we paid for-downtown Gaslamp. We were in walking distance to Petco Park, Little Italy, the waterfront and restaurants. Use the earplugs they provide. The staff was friendly and accommodating. .”

“Was disappointed with the check in process, staff was cordial but not real warm. You will want to make sure you stay in the opposite side of the train, If not plan on staying up late if you are not an extremely heavy sleeper. Housing keeping was very prompt and did a great job. Pool service was very slow but nice. Lots of options in that area to stay, probably wouldn’t stay there again.”
