Beautiful Spacious Mississippi River Retreat

Make memories on the Mississippi River! Corner lot with almost 2 acres, a private playground, shoreline, hot tub, sauna, and 2 minute access to main highway make this a perfect home a perfect getaway! There is also a bowling alley less than 1 block away!

*We start guests off with a generous amount of essentials, we do not restock after our starter items (toiletries, etc) have run out. We ask for you to only use what you need during your stay at our rental

Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance- front door, backyard, and driveway for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood. Our cameras are active 24/7, if tampered with we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund

Parking: 5 Vehicles Max. Do not park in our grass. Vehicles can park in our driveway and on the public street only in front of our rental. Please follow city ordinances if you decide to park on the public streets.


We have small air freshener containers in some areas of the house to neutral the house between groups. Guests are welcome to set them to the side during their visit if undesired. Please note if sensitive to scents.

If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be required to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up is Monday

Quiet hours 10PM-8AM

No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.


No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $500 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required


We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!
