Proprietà meravigliosa - Ottima posizione

Benvenuti al Club 139, una casa della metà del 1958 magnificamente ristrutturata situata nel quartiere di Shadow Falls di St. Paul, probabilmente una delle location più ambite nelle città gemelle. Qui sei a un isolato di distanza dal Town and Country Club e dalla storica Summit Avenue, e molto vicino a numerosi college e università (Università di St. Thomas, Macalester College, University of St. Catherine, Hamline University, Mitchell-Hamline School of Law. A pochi passi dal fiume Mississippi, a 10 minuti dal centro di Minneapolis e 15 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale MSP.

Il Club 139 può ospitare comodamente fino a sei adulti (niente bambini, per favore). Ci sono tre ampie camere da letto (una con due letti singoli), due bagni completi e un bagno di servizio. La cucina gourmet è di qualità Martha Stewart: stufa Wolf a cinque fuochi, forni doppi Meile, frigorifero Sub-Zero, refrigeratore per vino, isola di preparazione, isola divertente, ampia sala da pranzo e tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili da cucina necessari.
L'open space è perfetto per gli amici per riunirsi e socializzare: sedersi sull'isola / bar, rilassarsi sul divano o prendere snack e popcorn e spostarsi nell'arredamento confortevole del livello inferiore per guardare un film sui 65 " Smart TV.

Mentre la cucina del Club 139 è simile a Martha Stewart, la vita all'aperto è più di Dean Martin. Il ponte rialzato di 12x30 piedi ha un tavolo e sedie ombreggiati e una griglia a gas commerciale Char-Broil, perfetta per godersi la cucina all'aperto e intrattenere. Il patio a livello del giardino inferiore ha lussuosi mobili da giardino e un affascinante tavolo a fiamma. Il cortile in un bellissimo paesaggio e molto privato.

Club 139 è una nuova proprietà VRBO. Ci impegniamo a offrirti un soggiorno divertente, sicuro e confortevole. Godrai di nuovi tappeti, nuovi arredi, asciugamani e lenzuola nuovi e set di cortesia. La struttura dispone di ingresso senza chiave, wi-fi ad alta velocità e parcheggio in strada sufficiente per ospitare 3 auto.

The house was perfect for our needs and our only issue is wet and cold weather kept us from enjoying the outside space. But the weather didn't stop the turkey who kept visiting the backyard. My wife, son and nephew came to town for our daughter's graduation from the U. Even if I-94 in Minneapolis wasn't under major construction, the house's location was perfect and a scenic, 10-15 minute drive along the river to campus. And an even shorter drive to the colleges in St. Paul. Not sure when the house was renovated but it clearly was done to make entertaining easy for hosts and comfortable for guests. We had a small celebration with in town family that made a family celebration an experience we will always remember.

This was a good base of operations for our daughter's graduation. Lots of room and good outdoor space. The property was well supplied and clean overall -- on arrival, some dishes were left next to the sink that weren't clean. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer our questions. Before checking out we had to wait for the dishwasher cycle to get done so that we could empty it before check out. That took a long time. Great neighborhood and location!

An unfortunate change in plans days before our short stay in Minnesota for a memorial service left us scrambling for a property that could accommodate our family and plans.... but the good fortune of finding Michael's home turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The home was perfect, location convenient in a quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen. But the highlight of our stay was Michael. We arrived on Thanksgiving on a red eye and he graciously accommodated our early check in request. And without our asking, offered to stock our refrigerator with any essentials we needed, knowing that finding an open grocery store would be difficult on the holiday. Without exaggeration, this was the best customer service I've received on any vacation. If our travels bring us back to Minnesota, we will not hesitate to book this property again.

The house on Otis Ave in St. Paul was in a beautiful neighborhood with 3 bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We even had 11 for dinner. We were there for a Macalester graduation. The kitchen family room plus a living room allowed us to spread out. You are just a block from the river which everyone enjoyed walking to. Thanks to Michael for providing us such a perfect house in a glorious setting.

We loved the house, yard and location. The house had everything we needed. Just when you think it’s not there, just open another cupboard. Lol. The beds were so comfortable and the living space was large and very roomy. Was in town for my son’s graduation at University of St Thomas and it was perfect! Would stay here over and over. Communication with the host was very timely.

This home is spacious, beautifully furnished with exceptional outdoor space. We had everything we could possibly need in terms of kitchen and other supplies. Parking available for three spaces off street and ample on street parking. It is located in a quiet neighborhood filled with beautifully maintained large mid-century homes. Grocery and other big name stores are an easy 5 minute drive. Biking and walking is safe and scenic in this area of St Paul. Michael was prompt and helpful in all communication. Overall, my experience was exceptional.

Two friends and I came for a girls shopping weekend. We enjoyed all the room and comfy beds. The location was perfect. We grilled the first night and enjoyed the deck, the beautiful yard, and tomatoes picked from the garden. We were welcome to use spices or anything else we needed in the fridge or cupboards. The flowers and wine were a nice touch. We didn’t see the 2 bikes listed and were going to call but then it rained and there was no need. All in all, we had a nice experience.

This home was very clean and inviting. It is located in a well-established, well-cared for neighborhood in the St. Paul area. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a block from the river for more walking, running and biking trails. The kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to prepare meals. Large dining table for family meals or puzzles and games in the evening. My husband enjoyed sunning on the deck. Two gathering areas make it nice for people who want to watch TV and those who just want to visit. We were visiting our son who is a musician and attending his gigs in the evening and an afternoon patio event. This location was a great "home base" for accessing the Twin Cities. Our hosts were gracious. Michelle returned messages promptly when we arrived. She came by to water outside plants but was very sensitive to our schedule so as not to disrupt us in any way. Thank you Michael and Michelle. We will definitely stay here again! John and Jill LaRock

We were in the Twin Cities for a celebration of life for my mother. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space for sharing a meal, playing cards, visiting with local family, relaxing on the beautiful deck, watching the humming birds, and going for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms were private, very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our host was out of the country during our stay but we spoke on the phone before he left and during the stay his assistant stopped by a couple of times to make sure things were ok. The kitchen was very well supplied and enjoyable to work in. It was too warm during our stay to use the flame table but we sat on the comfortable furniture in the area and enjoyed the beautiful back yard and the birds. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and for watching the sunsets in the evening. It's close to the airport but quiet, and convenient to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Altogether a wonderful place for a family gathering!

This is one of my favorite vrbo’s. The home is updated with wonderful fully stocked kitchen and nice light throughout the home. Beautiful large backyard with deck and patio. It’s a short walk to the greenway by the Mississippi River which is great for walking and biking.
