There is no signage for you to be able to find your room. We got lost twice and had to call the front desk and he told me “just to come back to the front”. He showed me on a piece of paper how to get to my room when he should have at least offered someone to walk us, or partially walk us there. The key didn’t open the pool so someone already inside let us in, stating their keys didn’t work either. We watched 2 other groups of people walk around lost looking for their room as well. Needed a cot for my daughter and extra blankets because one blanket per bed isn’t enough for 4 people, took over 45 minutes to receive (we were very tired by the time we received the cot) my husband called to check on it the first time, and 15 minutes or so later I called and was immediately put on hold with no answer so I hung up. The light on the balcony, we couldn’t access, was left on all night and our curtains didn’t close all the way enough to block said light. Took a shower in the morning and had no conditioner in the container attached to the shower wall. Used the lotion (also connected to the wall) that states “squeeze gently” which I did, top popped off and lotion went all over. Parking was a joke. Will not stay again. Beds come off more full size rather than queen size. That sucked.
