Booked room on expedia said there was 4 left got there about 20 mins after booking on expedia and went to check in lady at desk was rude and said there was no rooms left and has turned away many other people walked out drove around parking lot mamy many open spots

Booked this place Monday. Received a call from the place itself on Thursday saying they did not have 2 beds available and they supposedly booked my dad at their neighboring hotel and confirmed the neighboring hotel have their place ready for Friday. My dad drive 11 hours Friday came to check in only to hear that he was not in the system and can’t even get him a room because they were booked. So we went back to were it originated from and they staff can’t even help us. The only thing they told us to do was Expedia. I spoke with 2 people on Expedia, the first one was sort of helpful but he didn’t even stay on the line with me when i told him to stay on the line while I talk with the hotel staff. So I had to live chat with another representative and said my dad will get partial refund which shouldn’t be it since the hotel can’t book him at all. So we had to call the emergency Expedia line to get a full refund by having them contact the hotel to confirm they have no rooms available at all for my dad. With all those issues going on I can see how tired my dad must of been driving 11 hours. So we ended up booking him at a different hotel and have him drive another 27 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to any one. But if anyone is lucky to get a room there congrats.

Very very run down. Stains on kitchen wall, unpainted drywall in bathroom, shower leaked over shower and onto floor leaving a huge puddle, staff told us we couldn’t get extra pillows. Vending machine was broken. Just seemed super run down. Won’t stay here again.

I was double charged. I asked for a coffee pot and the desk clerk came up with a crusty old coffee pot and didn’t have any coffee packets. When I turned down the bed to lay down, I found it dirty with a pubic hair and a hair from somebody’s head. The front desk clerk handed me some clean linen and told me to change my own bed. When I stripped the bed, I found that the mattress cover was dirty and full of blood spots. When I questioned the front desk clerk about that, she said that she had no ability to change the mattress cover..

Decline in overall condition
Facility seemed dirty. Non smoking room raked off smoke. The shower was broken and held together with an adjustable tension clamp and twine. Bulbs were out or missing all together. I had to call the front desk on my cell from the front desk to get checked in as the person was distracted or spending unusual amount of time not attending to desk. It was late and though they were overall friendly it made the aforementioned about the room conditions feel worse upon entering. The toilet continued to back up no matter how many times I had to plunge it. I was there for two nights. I remember this location to be a little cleaner and in better shape.

The cleaning lady when we arrived told us the sheets were clean because she uses clean sheets unlike others there. The whole place had a terrible smell and are carpet in the room was damp and gross. The vents were covered with dirt as well. Location was convenient for us but not likely to stay here again.

I swear the sheets weren't changed. 2 of the 3 pillowcases were dirty with stains on them. And the worst smelling room I ever stayed in! I used to use Extended Stays alot while traveling on the road for biz but this place sucked and unfortunately I had a 3 day stay. After the 1st day my room card key expired and I caught the front desk clerk (nice lady) at her side door to the office by my room. As she was recoding my room card another man came up and told me I need to come around to the front of the desk if I wanted to be helped. Really! Screw you, this nice lady and I are doing just fine. The end and never again!!

The staff here is AMAZING to say the least... They will do their best to help you out in any way possible... It's very convenient location for any kind of shopping or food choices... The property from the outside was appealing and they had a good price point. Once in inside our room there was an unknown odor emminating as well even greater oder in the bathroom, causing us to not even want be in that room.we found a tissue shoved in the eye piece hole of the door, which although a technique to prevent seeing in, staff should have removed and disposed of while cleaning the room. All in all we will not choose to stay at this location even if we need to pay a higher price point for service and security.
