  • Posizione! La nostra residenza cittadina è vicina al MN Vikings Stadium, al TCF Stadium Gopher Football, al Guthrie, al Surley Brewery, all'Univ MN, al Downtown Mpls, alle fantastiche piste ciclabili, all'aeroporto, ai parchi, all'arte e alla cultura. Il nostro spazio è ideale per coppie, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie e grandi gruppi. C'è molto spazio in questa casa di città per tutti! Chi non ama una doccia a vapore, sauna e vasca idromassaggio (soprattutto in inverno).

    Abbiamo una grande casa, è molto confortevole con tutti i comfort di casa e molto altro!
    C'è molta luce in casa! Ci sono così tante finestre. C'è molto spazio e spazio per tutti. Ci sono 2 diverse aree salotto con TV (una per ogni livello della residenza cittadina). Uno dei televisori è un proiettore TV da 105 pollici. C'è un grande tavolo per gruppi più grandi e una cucina con elettrodomestici di livello commerciale. La cucina è completamente funzionante e fornita per cucinare. La casa di città è molto tranquilla e privata, anche se è in un quartiere vivace. La residenza cittadina è a due livelli di vita. Il piano superiore della casa dispone di 3 camere da letto, un bagno, doccia a vapore, sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Questa casa è una casa divertente, e può anche essere rilassante a causa di tutto lo spazio. C'è un grande patio privato con una griglia e pozzo del gas all'aperto. Tutti amano un po 'di aria fresca !!

    Avrai accesso a tutta la casa e tutti gli ottimi servizi. Patio esterno e grill, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, doccia a vapore, 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni, cucina commerciale, splendida vista, parcheggio gratuito, wifi gratuito, 105 in schermo TV proiettore

    Caffetterie, trasporti pubblici, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari nelle vicinanze! Area molto divertente. Posizione centrale a tutto !!

    Il nostro quartiere si chiama SE Como. Il nostro quartiere ha qualcosa per tutti! Siamo molto vicini a Dinkytown (il quartiere U di MN). Dinkytown ha un sacco di divertimento mangiare / bere, caffetterie, negozi e opzioni di intrattenimento da offrire. Inoltre, tutti gli eventi atletici di Gopher! Siamo molto vicini a St. Anthony Main (il fiume), Northeast Mpls, Uptown, Downtown Mpls, Parco di Como (St. Paul), e Downtown St. Paolo.

    Insight Brewery è molto vicino. Hanno una grande selezione di birre e diversi camion di cibo ogni giorno. I camion di cibo sono fantastici !! Manning's & Sporty's sono a 2 isolati di distanza. Sono aperti dalla colazione fino a tarda notte.
    Ci sono molte altre attività commerciali nelle vicinanze, molte delle quali a piedi e in bicicletta. Ci sono molti ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, parchi, caffetterie, distributori di benzina e generi alimentari!

    Parcheggio gratuito in loco e parcheggio gratuito in strada.
    Uber è un ottimo modo per spostarsi, anche i trasporti pubblici sono nelle vicinanze. Siamo vicini a 35W, 94E e 94W e all'autostrada 280.

    Le biciclette sono un ottimo modo per andare in giro:
    I chioschi "Nice Ride Minneapolis" si trovano in tutta la città. I chioschi degli armadi sono 4 e 6 isolati di distanza.

Fun + Funky House

This is a great house, could sleep a bunch of people, and I enjoyed the indoor hot tub and sauna. It has a great kitchen for entertaining.

Awesome place!

Eight of us were in town for a college football game and this place was amazing; so much space! The host was beyond friendly in her communications and had the best recommendations. 10/10!

A fabulous stay!

There is nothing negative to say about our stay in this Como townhouse! Working with host, Emily, was so easy and helped take a lot of stress off trying to secure a large enough place in a good location in Minneapolis. Emily was so accommodating and helpful in providing great recommendations prior to our arrival. The place is spacious and in a great neighborhood. Ride shares to downtown and the North Loop area were quick and a short distance. It was great to find a place with a fun communal space to cook together and relax when we weren't out taking in the incredible art scene Minneapolis has to offer. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Emily!

Deceiving

Meeting the property manager was great, the house was not as it appears to be on website. The inside needs to be updated. The shades in the house wouldn’t stay down, they had holes in them in order for them to connect to the window locks, there was only one shade in the master bedroom, we covered the window with a blanket, the carpet on the one of the staircase was filthy, the Jack and Jill bathroom sink is old, cabinet paint peeling off, the toilet didn’t flush good, dinning table & chairs are stained. Over priced for an out dated condo & neighborhood! Will note that it was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent Weekend Trip!

Great place for hosting a party! Everyone in the group was very impressed and there was plenty of room for people to hang out on the main floor and plenty of bedrooms as well. Glad I chose this location!

Virtual conference stay

I live in Minneapolis and was looking for a place to attend a virtual conference since my family was all at home due to COVID. This worked out great. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take breaks and enjoy the sauna and steam room. It was far bigger than what my needs were but it was cozy to be able to sit by the fireplace during the conference.

Great setting for family wedding weekend stay in Twin Cities

Great property for a large group

This unique property is the perfect backdrop for a large group. It is very open and welcoming and has a lot of beds. All accommodations were comfortable and thoughtful. Plenty of towels! Very clean.

Absolutely Perfect!

This space is seriously one of the best places I have ever stayed, especially for a large group! There were 11 of us, all adult males, and we all had not only our own bed but a bed that was comfortable and that we fit on! The space is also even larger than we expected which made our stay even more comfortable than we thought it would be. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough towels, and the place was absolutely stunning! And yes, the sauna, steam shower, and jacuzzi worked great (though for the jacuzzi you might want to plug it and start filling it at least an hour before you want to use it, as it takes a very long time. On top of everything, Emily was extremely caring and helpful with anything we could possibly need. So if you are looking for a bigger place to stay in Minneapolis for a couple days or longer, that is both well located to do things in the city and is great for just relaxing at, look no further!

Perfect House and Location

Our family gathered from all over the world, so having a place big enough to accomodate everyone comfortably was important. The location was perfect, close to the city but convenient with shops and restaurants close by with lots of free street parking. While the exterior of the house had much to be desired, the interior was gorgeous. We used all the amenities. There was more than enough towels, supplies and the cookware and dishes were first rate. Our host was accomodating and helpful, always returning our calls when we had questions. We had so much fun using the huge steam showers and hot tub. Worth every penny!

Perfect Place!

Emily and Greg's place was perfect for us! About 17 of us stayed at their place for a bachelorette party over a November weekend, and there was plenty of room for us. Greg greeted us when we arrived, and showed us around; while Emily was available by phone if we ever needed anything. There were plenty of bathrooms/mirrors/showers, which, as a group of all girls, we definitely appreciated that! They even supplied coffee for the keurig for us as well as plenty of extra towels and blankets. This place is also attached to a pastie shop, which we utilized at least 3 times (delicious pasties!), and it is so convenient (walking-distance) to nearby markets, bars, restaurants (we liked The Blue Door). The deck is large, we enjoyed watching the snow fall on it, and we also used the projector to play a video I had made. We loved the sauna and steam shower as well. This place was more than we hope for, and we hope to stay again. Thanks Emily and Greg!

Clean, great location, wonderful hosts!

It was a tad confusing because the entrance ison the back of a market. However, the stay was wonderful. The only thing I can say that's even somewhat negative is that the hot tub didn't work.

SuperBowl ready

We stayed for a week enjoying the Minneapolis area. It is so conveniently located to many of the sites we were interested in visiting. The space provided our group two wonderful gathering places, the living room and the patio. The kitchen was well appointed. Emily was there at the appointed time of arrival. Our group would definitely return here. Thanks, Emily.

Lovely place in a good location. Attentive hostess. Roomy and comfortable.

What keeps us from giving this 5 stars is that the non-master upstairs bedrooms had no air vents and were, therefore too warm. Ceiling fans might be helpful.

Clean & Great Set Up for big group

The apartment was well equipped and set up for a big group. Lots of beds and showers. Great deck to sit on. We traveled to MN as a group of teachers for a conference and this apartment met our needs perfectly.

Excellent in every way!

This townhouse was ideal for a large group gathering. It was clean, spacious, well stocked with lots of soft sheets, blankets, and towels, pillows, as well as kitchen utensils etc. It provided a great location for visiting Minneapolis and was quiet at night. The owners had made an effort to have many planters with flowers and plants on a roomy deck which provided a gas fireplace and grill. The owners were friendly and accommodating before and during our stay. We had eleven people stay in this home and also had a family gathering of more relatives the next day and this rental met our needs in every way. We will most likely rent this vacation home in the future for our gourmet food club. Thanks so much! Appleton, Wisconsin family

Loved it! Great memories here! Location to our summer camps and the top ten things to do in Minneapolis was wonderful. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Quiet, even though right on Como ave. Minimal required for checkout helped getting us all going on time!
