Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 4 BR, 2 BA house is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or business travelers looking for a peaceful retreat. Located in the heart of Burnsville, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a sparkling private pool, modern amenities, and close proximity to local attractions. 2 cars can fit in the garage for your convenience.

The space
This cozy and inviting home features an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, stylish furnishings, and all the comforts you could ask for.

Living Room: Relax in the comfortable living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring.

Family Room: A spacious open area for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a movie by the fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. There's also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience.

Dining Area: Gather around the dining table, which seats 8 comfortably, and enjoy meals with family and friends.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, and a large closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with cozy linens and ample closet space.
Third Bedroom: Full-size bed with cozy linens and ample closet space.
Fourth Bedroom: Full-size bed, great for additional family members or guests.

We also have a Queen pull out couch, and a Twin sized pull out bed.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and hair dryers provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Space: Step into the backyard oasis where you’ll find a private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip during the warm Minnesota summers. The outdoor patio features comfortable seating and a grill, ideal for dining al fresco or lounging poolside. You can also enjoy our pool house, with Tv and couch for your enjoyment

Guest access
You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the pool, yard, and driveway parking for up to 6 cars. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and all the essentials for your stay.

Other things to note
The pool is open seasonally for family, friends and invited guests, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty, and children should be supervised at all times. Ensure the waiver is completed before entering the pool area.

Check-In/Check-Out: Guests can check in at 4 PM and check out at 10 AM. We provide contactless, keyless entry to facilitate a seamless arrival and departure.

Quiet Hours: In consideration of our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

We are a dog friendly property. We allow up to 2 dogs and our pet fee is $50 per night. We ask that you please keep your pets off furniture and clean up after them.
