House has a completely separate basement apartment with a soundproofed ceiling. Long term tenant (not owner) occupies basement apartment. Nothing will be shared about this space.

Beautiful home in a great setting. Quiet neighborhood close to anything you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Host even had shampoo, toothpaste, makeup remover sheets and more for us to use. Check out process was the simplest I’ve ever experienced. Host was very responsive to questions. Only complaint was the cleanliness could be better. Most of the house was very clean, but a few places seem to have been missed. Also, heavily fragranced when we got there. Aired it out a bit and that helped.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at an Vrbo property this past weekend, and I must say that it was far from what I expected. As a long-time VRBO member, I have always had positive experiences, but this particular stay left me deeply disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a disheartening sight - pet hair scattered throughout the entire place. It was evident that the cleanliness of the property had been neglected, making it difficult for us to feel comfortable and at ease. The presence of pet hair was not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the accommodation. Beyond the issue of cleanliness, the property was filled to the brim with personal items, leaving us with no room to even place our own belongings. It felt as though we were intruding on someone's cluttered living space, rather than staying in a rented accommodation. This lack of space and organization added to our frustration, as we had no choice but to search for an alternative place to stay shortly after arriving. As someone who has been a loyal VRBO member for over five years, I have always appreciated the accurate descriptions and transparency provided by hosts. However, it seems that the owner of this particular home didnot represent their property accurately in the ad. It is essential for hosts to clearly communicate when their listing is a residence especially if it is filled with personal belongings and lacks the necessary space to put our items

The house has stunning views beautiful artwork and still comfortable for hosting family and friends and the kitchen is fit for an chef and can feed an army nice house me and my family had a very nice stay thank you

Perfect place for large family dinner!

We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for our large family who had all travelled to Minneapolis for a wedding. The kitchen had everything we needed (except the turkey roasted, which I brought with us) and the house is perfect for entertaining. The “Chef’s Kitchen” description is the perfect descriptor. The beds and baths are as pictured and very comfortable. The host was in constant communication to make sure our stay was all we had hoped for. Thank you Katie!

Wonderful property for family gathering!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed. Our family was gathering for a Celebration of Life for my uncle, and the home was just what we needed as we spent valuable and precious time together. Katie was attentive and extremely responsive to all questions and inquiries we had. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Clean and Spacious with Immaculate Communication

Katie was a communication SUPERSTAR! Clearly communicated to me before, during and after our stay. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. Will definitely be back again.
