Mac-Grove Neighborhood. This is one of our favorite neighborhoods in St. Paul. Old Charm, beautiful houses, relatively quiet streets. Great parks in walking distance. A grocery store just a few houses down. A tap room a few houses down the other way. A gas station at the end of the block.
Close to Macalester College, St. Thomas University and St. Catherine's University, all beautiful campuses in the St. Paul area.
Not far from Grand Avenue that has GREAT shopping, food and ice cream. Summit Avenue is also nearby which boasts 373 of the original St. Paul mansions built in the 1800's. It's worth a stroll on a nice afternoon to check out these beautiful pieces of architecture!

Parking is ample in the front and we have a parking pad in the back that accommodates 2 vehicles.
Lots of bus stops nearby, easy access to Uber & Lyft. Some places are even walkable!

FAQ's...

Heat
- Our house has a boiler system which means radiator and baseboard heat. There are multiple thermostats throughout the house

A/C
- Our house DOES NOT have Central Air. We have A/C units in the upstairs + main floor bedrooms, the main floor living room. The basement bedrooms stay quite cool because they are underground. Bedrooms upstairs and on the main level have ceiling fans that help. It stays relatively cool but if you are particularly sensitive to heat in the summer, this might not be the space for you

Beds
-There are 7 queen size beds, 1 king size and two pack n plays for any little-littles. We use memory foam hybrid mattresses throughout

What is capacity?
- Sleeping capacity in the house is 14. We do not allow more to sleep as we do not want to jeopardize our rental license with the city
- For day long events, our two dining rooms will accommodate 16 (around the tables). If you want to have an event or gathering, please inquire BEFORE booking it to chat first. We do not allow events with a lot of cars or more than 16 people coming to the house to ensure neighborhood harmony

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival. Fees start out at $50 for an early check in if we can accommodate

Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Fees start out at $50 for an late check out if we can accommodate

Luggage Drop Off?
- We do not have a locked space outside of the house for guest luggage drop off

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves

Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play with a crib sheet, child gate for the stairs, a booster seat high chair and kid dinnerware & utensils.

Can we bring pets?
- We are not pet friendly. We can recommend nearby dog boarding facilities if you need

Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows!

Security
-There are cameras on the exterior of the property, at the front & back doors and the back yard for the safety of our guests & property.
