Cozy and modern, designer built 1BR/1BA private guest house nestled in a quiet family neighborhood within the Lakes District of Minneapolis! Just a 2 minute walk to the chain of lakes with walking/biking paths all around. A 5 minute walk to lake activity rentals (canoes, kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes). Walking distance to Uptown shopping and dining. 10 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. 1BR (Queen) with living room sleeper (Full) including privacy screen. Accommodates up to 4 adults. Fully furnished with high speed internet, cable TV, and basic toiletries. Washer/Dryer in guest house. Meticulously clean for your peace of mind and comfort. Private entrance, contactless check-in.

I must be into double digit stays at this property now. Location, location, location! Two blocks from the lake. Two blocks from Uptown dining & shopping. Two blocks from the best croissants anywhere except Paris! The surrounding neighborhoods are great for walking or biking. Short Uber rides to downtown or the U of Minnesota. The space is perfect for one or two people with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the layout of this ADU. It's in a fantastic central location with an easy walk to Bde Maka Ska lake in one direction and restaurants and entertainment in the other direction. The neighborhood is pretty and has great houses. The ADU was clean and decorated nicely. We appreciated the coffee and Kind Bars and the very spacious closet. The couch was pretty small for my 6'2" partner, and there were no measuring spoons, but still a 5-star stay.

Perfect place near family where we could stay separate, but be close for family activities. This sweet rental was clean, cozy, and quiet. We were picked up by family members, so we didn't need to find parking. The walk to the lake was a nice start to the day. We would look to stay here again the next time we're in town to visit with family.

Perfect place for us

We liked the location within 15 minutes of family. Quiet neighborhood, a short walk to The Chain of Lakes for morning walks and nearby coffee and breakfast. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We recommend this gem and we may return again.
