Divertimento sotto il sole! Ottima vista sull'acqua e una spiaggia per l'avvio

Spiaggia di sabbia (con fantastico Shelling!), dock di comunità e pool di comunità. Due camere da letto / 2. 5 cottage da bagno (c'è una terza camera che viene utilizzata come camera per gli ospiti) con vista sul fiume Neuse. Situato a soli miglia dal villaggio di Oriental. Pianta capovolta con tre camere da letto al piano inferiore, 2 bagni completi e lavanderia. Pavimenti in legno di pino e bordo perline. Al piano superiore è un open space con cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno e bagno per gli ospiti. La cucina è dotata di forno elettrico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e tutti i comfort necessari. I doppi balconi si affacciano sul fiume Neuse con posti meravigliosi dove nascondersi e recuperare la lettura o semplicemente sorseggiare il caffè del mattino mentre guardi i delfini che giocano. Un rifugio perfetto. Cavo di base e WIFI 5G viene fornito gratuitamente con il cottage. Biancheria fornita. Dog Friendly e senza fumo. (il dock è ancora danneggiato, dovrebbe essere riparato entro la fine dell'anno)

Wonderful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay in Neuse Village. It’s an ultra quiet area that is back off the main road. The house was clean and well stocked. The views of the river are amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful river home. Hope to come back soon.

Lovely sunrises on the River

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and we will definitely be back. The sun rises over the river are beautiful and the home is extremely comfortable. Everything you want for a great stay is here. Oriental is a small town, but there are several good dining places and a nice little coffee shop. We also appreciated the ease with which we traveled to the beach (Atlantic Beach) and to Beaufort. The only issue that we had this time was that the access road to the property is in terrible condition. We actually had to limit the number of times we went in and out of our property because of the potholes. We were wet concerned about the condition of our car after travelling on this road. We did report our concern to the rental agency and they said that they are aware of the situation. Hopefully they will repair it soon. Regardless, we love this property and will certainly be back as soon as we can for another vacation.

Wonderful stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An amazing view and the accommodations perfectly matched the listening. Checkin was a breeze, and because we arrived a tad earlier than expected we were still allowed access to the home. We will definitely look at coming back!

Great getaway

The location is so quiet and relaxing and the view & sunrise each morning was breathtaking. Also, you must try Rick’s BBQ in Oriental, NC it was delicious, a great little town.

Beautiful views and relaxing

The balcony on the second level is the jewel of the house. You may relax outside on one of the cozy rockers or on the couch while taking in the scenery. The rest of the property was fantastic; the furnishings were cozy, every item was kept in good condition, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The attention to detail is superb.

Great view

We enjoyed the location, it is quiet and private and the view is marvelous. The villa was clean and fully equipped. The view from the balconi was to die for. We will definetly be back. My only note that I was not a big fan of the check in and check out process had to drive 10 minutes to pick up the key and same for drop off. I hope in the future they will install a keyless entry with a code but other than that everything else was great.

Enjoyed again!

We have stayed here before and loved it again. Unfortunately like last time it rained while we were there so we couldn't really enjoy everything but did enjoy sitting on the porch and enjoying the comfy couches. Thanks!

Beautiful home with all the comforts of home!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend! Only suggestion is key pad for checkin versus having to go to the rental agency!

Spring Break get away

My family and I had an incredible time. The view of the river was amazing all times of the day. Being able to walk right up to the shore line was great. The property management are the best, patient, calm most friendly people. They treated me like family, I have new friends. I love this place so much I already booked a return trip. I’ve already claimed this as my vacation home & I can’t wait to go back .

My wife and I have stayed at numerous condos, AB&Bs and similar places. This was one of the best. It was clean, well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The view was simply amazing. The property is isolated and quiet. This was exactly what we wanted. There were interesting places to see within an hour's drive. We would go back in a heatbeat.

Lovely Home with great views

We stayed here after picking up my daughter from camp, it was a great spot. Perfect distance from camp and a short drive to Oriental for food. We enjoyed the lovely decorated living space and appointed kitchen. Despite rain, my daughters loved playing on the beach area, playing with the frogs, and sitting on the porch. Our dog was welcome which was great and she really enjoyed being with us. The pool looked nice, although we were unable to use it due to the rain/storms. Will definitely consider this home again for our next trip down to the area.
