“I had a very bad experience with this hotel.
I made 2 reservations, from 26 february to 3rd of March, in total. the second reservation, was paid during the booking with Hotels.
The reception of the Crowne Plaza, take the money from my credit card again, so, I paid 2 times.
I complain to the reception, and they said that they will reimburse, but I didn't receive any confirmation since sunday.”

“Ho trascorso 7 notti per incontri di lavoro e visitare una fiera. Camera spaziosa al penultimo piano. Peccato per dei lavori di ristrutturazione che comportavano l’uso del martello elettro-pneumatico dalle 9,30 alle 18,00 tutti i giorni, ma per fortuna non ero in camera la maggior parte di quel tempo. Colazione abbondante e internazionale all’ultimo piano con vista su Tashkent City. Personale gentile e servizievole. Un’ ottima esperienza ”

“It was my second time but the experience has been quite negative. Overpriced transfer from airport to hotel in an old dirty daewoo matiz (25 dollars when a private taxi in a superior car costs on average 10). Quite old furniture in rooms, dirty upholstery and malfunctioning a/c. The waiters at breakfast do not seem to care that much, for three morning in a row I had to look for forks napkins etc. Unkind staff. ”

“The hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant.
Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping.”
