“The rooms were extremely dirty, they declined my reservation when I arrived because they don’t have enough rooms. After waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes I finally was escorted to a room that was filthy, stained brown/yellow spots in the bathroom. After 15 minutes, I finally get to another room and the condition of that room was extremely poor.
