Situato a Porto Point, Sandestin, questa struttura offre una vista ineguagliabile sulla baia Choctawhatchee e The Links Golf Course. Avrete tutto - la baia, il campo da golf, la spiaggia, e una scintillante piscina! Non c'è bisogno di guardare più lontano e si può ottenere intorno al villaggio sul vostro molto proprio 4 posti golf cart.

Di recente decorate con arredi eleganti in stile Florida costiero con nuovi pavimenti in legno e piastrelle, questa proprietà è spazioso e confortevole per quattro a sei persone. La camera familiare dispone di posti a sedere grande, grande TV a schermo piatto e porte scorrevoli in vetro al ponte esterno. Basta avere un posto a sedere all'interno o all'esterno e godersi il sole e la bellezza naturale di Sandestin!

La nostra cucina spaziosa è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti per i vostri ospiti con facilità. Grande contro spazio sui banchi di granito. C'è una zona pranzo con posti a sedere per quattro ospiti e posti a sedere bar supplementari per due. Per l'esperto barbecue in gruppo, c'è un grill e mobili da esterno sul ponte. La nostra camera da letto ben arredate consente l'accesso a una piattaforma esterna più piccola, e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con biancheria di lusso, un televisore a schermo piatto, e un grande armadio. Il bagno principale adiacente offre una grande doccia. La nostra camera degli ospiti è arredata con due letti singoli, un televisore a schermo piatto, e un armadio ospite. C'è un bagno completo per gli ospiti con una vasca da bagno e doccia.

Passeggiata alla piscina quartiere di piscina a pochi passi di distanza, o trascorrere una giornata in spiaggia. A piedi alla riva della baia e godere di una vista affascinante tramonto. Tutti i servizi di Sandestin Resort si trovano a pochi passi, un giro in bicicletta veloce, o pochi minuti d'auto. Girls Trip

This was the perfect condonfornourngirlsnweejend getaway. Had everything we needed, wonderful location, and the golf cart was the perfect way to get around! This is the CLEANEST property I have ever stayed at! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this spot! Very clean and up to date, with a great view of the bay. We had a front row seat for the fireworks across the bay! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not smell good in the house at all. It smelled like the carpets were wet (they weren't) and although it was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the smell. Highly recommend the area, and also the condo if the smell was corrected.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, and the setting was beautiful. It was great having water and marina views. The golf cart was fun and convenient. The only downside to the property was the showers needed updating. A glass door would have been nice, along with updated faucet handles. The one in the master bath was hard to turn on. Also, the carpeting wasn’t awful but could use an update. Lastly, this might sound petty but posed a problem a couple of times...there were no baking sheets. We needed one on two occasions and couldn’t find one anywhere. These are all just friendly suggestions. We all really loved staying there and would stay again! It was a very comfortable and fun place to stay!

Nice place to stay

This was a very nice property to stay at. The grounds and neighborhood was beautiful as well. The stores and restaurants in the area are very busy but other than that, no complaints.

Perfect area and community

The property is extremely well located... it sits on the golf course, has views of the ocean and the Baytowne Marina, and just a short walk to one of the community pools. The beach area and the Baytowne restaurants and shopping are also just a short golf cart ride away. Although the interior is a little dated (carpet in the bedrooms) it is an excellent getaway. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We loved our stay ! We did not even turn on the tv with the views we had. The access to the beach / pool / shops was wonderful, and enjoyed traveling by the golf cart . We will be coming back.

Beautiful View and Resort - Time for Some Updates to the Condo

We've stayed on this stretch of Harbour Point for 5 of the last 6 years. We come back to this stretch for the view and access to walk down to the 14th green and fish or watch the sunset. If you are up for the sunrise, it is spectacular here as well. The golf cart in this unit is great. For us, the golf cart is a must. This condo just needs a few things to be fantastic. This list is for the owners to make this a 5-star destination for years to come. 1. The washing machine must be fixed! The spin cycle is so loud you cannot have a conversation anywhere in the condo and the floor vibrates. I can't imagine how much this must bother the people in the condo below! 2. The sliding door handle screws kept coming out. That's too easy to fix but a terrible inconvenience to your guests. 3. It is time to update the showers. The great granite countertops and beautiful kitchen are shown in pictures but the showers are not shown. We were very disappointed to see the showers were not updated with the rest of the unit. Especially during the COVID time, no one wants a shower kit with a plastic shower curtain touching them in the shower. We actually went and purchased a new curtain and replaced the one that was there. 4. Your guests need faster wifi. With so many of us needing to work remotely, this is a necessity. This is made even worse as the cell reception is a bit spotty in the area (not your fault). Hopefully an inexpensive router will solve the problem. 5. A beach condo should not have carpet. A nice vinyl plank would be perfect and inexpensive. There are so many great things about the condos on this stretch. So, if the specific items mentioned above are addressed, or you just don't care, I would highly recommend the unit.

Very nice property

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. As an end unit, it was more quiet than most with a beautiful view! The golf cart was very nice, although it wouldn’t charge. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Misleading description.

From looking at all the pictures on the web site, I assumed the condo to be on the first floor. Also, it didn't state that this was a second floor walkup. We were a group of four seniors and one gentleman has Parkinsons, therefore very unsteady on his feet. The description also stated - newly remodeled. One bath with large shower and the other with a tub shower.....both simply had tub showers! I was very concerned for my friend. Please consider editing the description to include that the condo is on the second floor and the shower/tubs have not been updated as stated. Would we return? No.

We loved this condo! There was plenty of room for our children and the golf cart is a plus! Seriously, I could not imagine getting around the resort without a golf cart. It was so convenient!! We drove the golf cart to the beach, the grocery store, and several restaurants. Overall, this condo was great, and very clean. I would recommend.

Great Stay!!!

Beautiful unit, with a fantastic view. The unit was very clean, and the rental company, Russell Vacations was excellent. We really enjoyed the golf cart and would absolutely stay in the unit again. One recc. for the owner, would be to add additional wine glasses. There was only 1 in the unit.
