​​​​​​​Welcome to Sanddollar Townhomes, Unit 6B. This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse sits directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost. This 2-bedroom beach house can be rented alone or combined with unit A for an additional bedroom and kitchen. Each unit has its own full kitchen, bathroom(s), laundry machines, and decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The house is upgraded with new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchens offer custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The spacious decks have rain-proof coverings and are adorned with modern pvc furniture with Sunbrella cushions for your relaxation. All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection and TVs in each room. Each reservation includes one set of Beach Service chairs and umbrella Mar-Oct.

The second and third level of the house make up Sanddollar 6B. This portion of the house offers a large living room area with a sleeper sofa and a full deck overlooking the beach. There is a dining area and full kitchen for cooking and dining in on the second level as well.

The top floor of this beach house offers a king master bedroom facing the ocean, complete with its own private deck and private master bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a king bed also with views of Scenic Gulf Drive. In all, the top two floors have two full bathroom and one half bath.

**Completed and Signed Rental Agreement must be submitted by email within 24hrs
**Pets: Restricted to 2 dogs of 40 lbs or less, crate-trained dogs only. Pet should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property. Pet fee applies and may be added if not included at the time of reservation.
**There are one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park one small or midsize vehicle onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
