Comprising two side-by-side units in Luau 1, this lovely home promises daily beach bliss! The main condo features a wraparound balcony with a big view that stretches all the way to Choctawhatchee Bay. All-new furniture and decor await throughout. Located just 250 yards from fabulous white sand beaches, Luau at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort boasts amazing all-season amenities including a fitness center, hot tub, and 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool.

The main condo accommodates four guests. Set beside a large picture window, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area invites you to unwind after a fun-filled day. Watch favorite shows on the TV. The convenient full kitchen offers an array of gadgets to help you work your culinary magic. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for three. The table in the dining area seats four to home-cooked meals. Enjoy a refreshing Gulf breeze and a vast view on the wraparound balcony, appointed with comfy armchairs.

The suite accommodates three guests. Kick back on a twin-size sleeper sofa in the living area and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Dine at the table for two. Rest easily on a dreamy king-size bed in the sleeping area. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer in the main condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Luau

It wasn’t very clear that the rooms did but didn’t connect! There wasn’t much to cook with. We couldn’t get towels. We needed more blankets and called and didn’t get any until the next day and had to call to check to make sure they got message. There isn’t enough chairs at pool area.
