Great place to stay..

Overall this was a great condo to rent. There was still some construction going on when got there, but the owners accommodated us and we would easily stay there again.

This condo is in a great location and is stocked with all of the essentials. We love being able to take our dogs on vacation and not having to pay a pet fee at this condo is a plus! Communication was incredible from start to finish. My only issue (which is very minor) is that in the description of the property it says the second bedroom has a king bed but it’s actually a queen. Again, not a deal breaker! Overall, it’s a great place!

Great Location - Steps to beach

Great updated space with a very short walk to the beach. Dog friendly complex. Close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here in the future

Great beach property

I booked this condo for a very last minute beach trip and it turned out to be a great choice! The condo was clean and very nice. The location was fantastic, short walk to the beach where there was a complimentary set of beach chairs with umbrella waiting. We would definitely stay here again.

First time using VRBO. Great experience, nice and comfortable condo. The access to the beach was very convenient and the beach was beautiful.

Clean + Comfortable

Excellent communication, condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had no issues during our stay. This is our second visit to Maravilla- we love it!

5th time staying at Marivella/ and as always was not disappointed. This condo was clean and nicely appointed with everything you would need. We cooked nice meals ised the pool and spent plenty of time on the beach. We loved every minute and are already planning our return. loved

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family as well as our two dogs. There was plenty of room for us to spread out as well a full kitchen. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs. The beach was a small walk away. We were also a short drive from anything that we wanted or needed.

The unit was check-in ready and supplies in bathrooms and the kitchen were generous. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Second bedroom sadly was cramped as the bed took up the entire room and you had to crawl over to get to the chest of drawers, though the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect quick getaway

We have stayed in Maravilla many times and we were so surprised The view was much better than the photos, the decor really pretty, beds very comfortable, very reasonable on rates and just sooo clean. It was just such a nice last minute break. We will return!

Great location, great condo

This condo had everything you needed. We always stay in the same area, but this was the first time staying in Maravilla. The condo was a good size and had everything you needed. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. Great location and great hosts. Worth the money to stay here! I highly recommend it.

Great condo in Miramar Beach

This is our third stay at the Maravilla Resort, which is located in a lovely beach community. The resort has wonderful amenities, the town is very walkable (with restaurants, coffee shops, and bike paths nearby), and the beach is pristine (beautiful, clear water and soft, white sand). This unit was very conveniently located close to the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The kitchen was well-stocked - we cooked meals several evenings during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

The location is great We love the new dryer and washer Toilet need in upgrades to low Sadly we saw we drove long distance we just act like they not there other that 3204 need exterminator special behind the fridge

Summer Vacation

I would definitely stay in this unit again. The location was decent, the balcony was large and had a nice view and the place was beautifully decorated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the headboard of the bed in the main bedroom was extremely dusty and messed with my sinuses the first night because I had to cleaned it myself. Otherwise, we had to complaints.

Best vacation in a long time!!

The condo was perfect!! Very clean and had everything we needed. We did alot of cooking because eating out was a nightmare. Loved that we could bring our dog. The complex was very safe and in a great location. Walking across to the beach was so easy!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating most of our meals. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo and property! The condo is as described and comfortable beds!! The check in/out process was easy. We will be back!!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! It was a very short walk to the beach and the private beach access was a plus! The chair and umbrella service included with the condo rental was great-less to carry to the beach. The owner was very prompt to respond when the power went out. It was multiple units and the power was restored very quickly. And we loved that it was a pet-friendly community and our fur baby was able to accompany us on our vacation. Overall great experience!!
