    At The Tides @ Tops'l. Se non hai mai fatto il tuo modo di Tops'l non sai cosa ti perdi. Questo posto ha tutto. Bella spiaggia. Infatti valutato meglio da Southern Living. E se non ci si può fidare di loro che si può fidare. Incredibile vista. Vicino al golf.

    Le maree sono parte di Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort che si trova nel bel mezzo di 52 acri paesaggistici delimitati dal Golfo del Messico e da Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! Ci sono 600 piedi di, spiagge di sabbia bianca private. C'è un sacco di roba da fare qui, con le attività diurne e la vita notturna della vicina Sandestin e di altre comunità noti a ovest, e una riserva naturale per la tranquillità e la solitudine a est. Tops'l offre il meglio dei due mondi.

    E se ciò non bastasse, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, uno dei più grandi negli Stati Uniti, si trova a meno di 5 minuti. di Sandestin popolare Baytowne Wharf si trova dall'altra parte della strada ad ovest con negozi, ottimi ristoranti e divertimenti sulla baia. Concerti il ​​mercoledì e il film per la famiglia il giovedì sono gite in famiglia popolari sul prato presso il molo. recentemente sviluppato Grand Boulevard Town Center di Sandestin, vicino a est, ha negozi di lusso e molti eccellenti opzioni di ristorante. Condo was not very clean. There were dust balls in every corner. The freezer was not cleaned out from the guests before us. There was mold on the walls and ceiling of the master shower. The master bath also had a ton of rust. The unit was very outdated. On the good side, the resort was very nice. And you couldn't beat the view.

Property is great. We love Tops’l ( The Tides building ) but this unit is dated and needing repairs / upkeep. Kitchen cabinet broken, mold and rust in master shower and bathrooms. Not sure when it was occupied or cleaned last. Dead bird on the patio furniture had been there a while. No curtain in livingroom ( I didn’t notice this in photos prior to booking ) was a little odd. People seeing in at night made us little uncomfortable. Host was prompt to reply via app during booking and prior to check in answered questions we had.

Perfect location

Location was beyond perfect! So easy-great views of the pool and the beach. So easy to get in and out of Tops’l, grocery store close, so many restaurants close!

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, exactly how it looked in the pictures. The view was amazing, the balcony overlooks the pools and is very close to the beach it makes you feel like you’re sitting at the pool. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely book again in the future

Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed this lovely 2nd floor condo’s beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The beds were comfortable. Quick access to the beach and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks: couch has dirty upholstery, cooking pans need replacing, coffee filters should be standard.

We’re familiar with this area, so the location is always great. Only a couple of negatives, a couple of beach chairs would have been great and living room had no drapes.

Perfect location and wonderful amenities

This condo served us perfectly. The location is excellent overlooking the pool and ocean. The master bathroom could use some updating but it was definitely clean. Walking distance to a couple restaurants on the beach. No check in process which made things so easy! Our family will remember this fantastic trip!

Open space living room

My favorite part of this unit was it’s open space living room/ dining area. The sofa and chaise lounge were so comfy the kids slept on it every night. Great location and views. We have no problems at all! I would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

It was beautiful and a great experience. The hot tub was not working so that was a disappointment. Everything else was great!

Good condo, great location!

We loved our vacation at this condo. The location on the 2nd floor was great, we didn’t have to wait for the elevator every day. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for anyone with smaller children as there is no kid friendly kitchenware: plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc. Overall great space! The resort is incredible and the beaches are gorgeous!

I've stayed on the premises multiple times and it was great as always. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is that the WiFi password did not work and I received no response on my multiple inquiries to the host regarding it.

Loved this property and everything there. Owners pool access, grill/bar, used stairs instead of elevator except check in/out. Great balcony. Miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball all right there. Beach access was stairs and a walkway, so my 86 year old Mama loved the walkway to get to that beach. We will be back.

The view that keeps on giving

I would give it a solid 5 if the freezer didn’t have issues. In fairness , the management offered to fix during our stay but we made do. You CAN NOT beat the location or view! I will be back and I don’t care if the freezer is a bit janky👍

Great location!

We loved the location of the condo - the beach and water were beautiful! We loved being on the second floor overlooking the pools and had a great view of the beach for our morning coffee. Kitchen definitely needs to be stocked with essentials- dishes, silverware, cooking pans/sheets were very minimal. Washing machine probably needs to be updated - VERY loud and impossible to sleep if you run a load before bedtime. Overall stay was great! Would just recommend a few updates.

Another great week at Tops’l

Beautiful property. Unit was clean, and updated. The only issue was that the pool fob was not in the room, and we were told previous guests had taken it home with them. We were not given a new one, which we thought was not right considering it was part of the amenities we were looking forward to using.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access and room location 5***** For as much as we spent with all the added extra costs for 5 days, I think The condo definitely needs updating though. Needs a coat of New paint, And furniture in the kitchen and living room needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very dirty. Bedrooms nice size with 2 separate bathrooms. Nice size condo for whole family. Could sleep 7/8 people. One bedroom kings size bed with private bath, the other has a futon full size bunk bed With an extra twin bed in room. 4 out of 5 stars, we would definitely go back just for location and that condo is on 2nd floor, With a beautiful view.

Great time!

First off, we absolutely love Destin and Tops’l! This is our second year staying at the property (different condo). The amenities, cleanliness and staff at Tops’l are above par! The location of the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family to see the pool and beach…we had a blast. The condo’s kitchen is less stocked than some we have stayed in, but had enough utensils and such to function. We were oddly surprised to find there were no curtains or window coverings in the living area, making it impossible for anyone to sleep on the sofa bed due to lights/sun, and a huge red flag for privacy. The master bed is VERY firm and the WiFi was spotty. However, we were there to enjoy the beach so we did just that, no regrets! We will be back!
