Perfect Weather,Perfect Place. Been to Destin many times during last 50 years. Convenient, Comfortable, Great Beach View., Beautiful pool..I could go on & on. Place lacked nothing, was amazed at all the small detail items left for us that are not normally provided. Can't thank you enough for giving us a memorable stay!

We greatly enjoyed 3 weeks at Beach Retreat with our brother and sister-in-law. The condo was very nicely appointed and furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some of our meals and we made use of the grills down by the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the gorgeous ocean just across the street. The pool was very nice too. Restaurants are within walking distance and it’s just a short drive to shopping and grocery stores. Check in and check out were seamless and easy and the rental company made themselves very available for any issue we had. We would definitely come back if we were in the area again. We love the Miramar Beach location and the beautiful white beaches.

Paradise in Destin

Our condo at Beach Retreat was lovely. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room for all. Very clean too. Great access to private beach, restaurants, and shopping. Loved it.

Can’t beat the views and location to beach

Amazing views, location, and amenities were 5 star... beds were not comfortable (however we are spoiled by our own bed), furniture needs some TLC, legs loose on chairs, and stool legs need tightened... all things considered would come stay again without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Retreat 202. Beautifully decorated condo with a wonderful beach view and just a short walk across the street to the beach. Loved being able to bring our dog with us!! We will definitely be returning!!

Fun, fun ,time!

I love staying at Beach Retreat. I’ve stayed here several times. The condo’s I pick have great sectional couches. Everyone likes to sprawl out. ;) comfortable beds and curtains that darken the room to sleep late. This year we were in 202. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Lovely stay!

Beautifully decorated. Super close to beach.

Beautifully decorated condo. Couch cushions a little worn but we really weren't using them much because of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right outside our door. Loved the beach umbrella and chairs that came with rental. Kitchen adequately stocked. Would stay again.

Our stay at Beach Retreat was awesome, we all enjoyed our stay. The condo was what we expected, it was clean and large enough for our whole family. Being on the beach was great. Thank you for replacing the washer in such a timely manner. Thank you for such a wonderful week. Linda and family.

Beach Retreat 202

We enjoyed this condo so much, and loved that we could have our fur baby with us on vacation! The weather wasn’t great the week we were in Destin, but we had plenty of space to relax and a beautiful condo to enjoy while we were inside. The location was great, condo was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was AMAZING!! We did end up having 2 beautiful beach days - I must say the private beach access was really nice and the beach service was convenient! (Although we would’ve saved the space and trouble of packing our own beach cabana had we realized they weren’t allowed.) We hope to visit Miramar Beach again sometime and will not hesitate to book this condo… It was perfect for our family!!!

Beautiful Place with a stellar view of the Gulf

Beach retreat 202 is such an amazing property! It is located just steps from the beach and has the best view of the Gulf that you can enjoy right from your private balcony. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. It came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. After staying here, I think we’ve found our favorite place to stay while vacationing in Miramar/Destin area. My family and I had the absolute hands down best time staying here. No complaints whatsoever! The property was perfect!! We didn’t want to leave, but will most definitely be back. You seriously can’t go wrong staying here. Thank you all for providing such a beautiful place for my family and I to rent. :)

Just Wonderful

This condo is beautiful. It has such lovely paintings, furnishings and personal touches, and felt so much like home, I kept forgetting that I didn’t just inherit a beach condo. I loved the layout. Our room opened up to the balcony. If the road got noisy at certain times, it was easily sealed out by closing the door. Our three adult kids came down for a few days and it was so nice that there was plenty of space and that the bunk room was enclosed for added privacy/quiet. We discovered great games and puzzles in drawers after two of the kids left so we won’t forget next time! Our dog loved it too and happily lounged on the balcony a good part of every day. The location is perfect and the view is amazing. We will for sure be back.

Great location, great stay.

Everything was great. Check in went smoothly. The beach set up is nice. All the other dog owners were very respectful. While inside the condo, you rarely heard anything from the adjacent units. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Check out was very simple. Clean out the refrigerator and start the dishwasher and you’re pretty much done! The only recommendation I would have is that they improve the knives in the kitchen, the only large chef knife could hardly cut an onion. If you plan to cook meals while you are there, you may want to bring your own knives.

Senior Adults Have Fun Too!

There were 5 senior adults and one small dog in our party. The age range was 65 to 78. We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. TVs had plenty of channels and free movies to watch. There were games and cards for you to play. And there were books for you to read. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. A/C was cold. Dog walk was convenient and had poopy bags for you to use. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people on the beach as well as the walkers and runners on the sidewalk. Also, the cars and golf carts on the road were interesting to see. We saw dolphins in the water and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommend #202 to everyone! We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Retreat condo! We had plenty of room for our large family and the beds were extremely comfortable. The layout was wonderful and the gulf front view was stunning and memorable. Amazing!

Unit very nicely appointed

This was a pet friendly property that was gated, had a heated pool & hot tub during the winter, and catered to families with pets. The unit was very nicely appointed and had a wonderful view of the beach. Scenic Gulf Drive wasn’t a distraction for us and you couldn’t hear the traffic with the doors closed. The gulf view made up for it!

Awesome stay!

This unit was a great choice for our first official time in Destin/Miramar Beach. We needed a pet friendly condo to accomodate our two cocker-spaniels and this was perfect. The location was amazing and a closer walk to the beach than staying in a high rise. The unit was very well-stocked - truly with everything you needed and more. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the pool area and also having the dog walk area on site was so convenient. In fact, CONVENIENT and EASY are the best words to describe our stay. The communications with Renee/Laura were quick and informative. Thank you for a great experience - we will be back to Miramar Beach and stay here again and again!

Very well kept, 2 master bedrooms plus a small room with a double bunk bed! Kitchen well stocked! Our dog enjoyed watching the people and beach. Great parking lot and Pool! I would book again👍😍

Great Beach Getaway!

My adult family of 5 stayed at the property and were satisfied. The unit was clean and spacious. The view of the gulf was great. The location was within walking distance of several great restaurants that we ate at. There was plenty of grass to walk our small dog along the wide sidewalk along the beach street where a lot of people walked, rode bikes, roller boarded, jogged, etc. The street traffic was not that bad. It is 25mph with crosswalks about every 100 yards that also slowed traffic. I only have 1 negative comment regarding the seating comfort. The furniture and decor was beautiful and “beachy”, but was not good for my bad back. However, the master bed was great with the pillow top. The beach service was great! Chairs were out at 7am just after sunrise. The unit also provided additional beach chairs and other items for use. The Kitchen was adequately equipped and refrigerator/freezer and ice maker worked perfectly. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away!
