Great time at the Beach!

Individual unit was great, wonderful view and had all utensils, cookware, and accessories. Pool was fine, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. Beach access can’t be beat…. Proximity to chair/umbrella rental was perfect. As long as you plan better than we did, you’ll have an awesome time!

Miramar Memorial Day Weekend

Property is simple and minimal. Clean, had plenty of cooking supplies/utensils. Parking and beach is easily accessible.

Beautiful view

This property was beautiful. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony and also enjoy a dolphin cruise just 8 miles from the condo. Plenty of options for food and some within walking distance. Will definitely be staying in destin again!! The property came with 4 small beach chairs as well.

Family vacation

Overall great location but pictures were a bit deceiving, property had an old feel to it and cleanliess was not to our expectations for the price. Overall we made the best of it.

Loved the area

The condo has beautiful views it was clean very spacious appliances were on point I give it a 10 out of 10 getting into the property was easy the staff at the property is very friendly my whole experience overall was amazing

Excellent spring break

I loved that we could just walk across the street and there was the beach and gulf! I also loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the water! Beautiful!

Nice location, could use an update

We've stayed at Majestic Sun multiple times. We like the location of the building and that's why we return. We have never stayed in this particular condo until this trip. The condo was just as advertised. The balcony was on the small side and the view was blocked to the east. We did like having a view of the pool/hot tubs though. The beds were old but comfortable nonetheless. The kitchen is very minimally stocked with supplies. There was not even a cookie sheet or pan I could use in the oven other than the glass casserole dish and pie dish. The couch was comfortable but the coffee table rattles a horrible noise. There are multiple beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet for guests' use. The umbrella left does not work, however. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo and would not mind returning.

The unit was clean but outdated.

This unit was clean but needs upgrading. They still have a cassette player in the living room. The appliances were old but seemed to work ok. We did not use the dishwasher though. They have several small appliances available for use. They did have a lot of broken or piece together items in the kitchen. Someone just needs to take a day and go through what works and what doesn't and throw out. The dish drainer did not have a bottom so all the water would go on the counter. We had to dry the dishes immediately. Could not find the broom until the last day. It is in the closet by the water heater. The mattresses were comfortable but very stained and old. The master bath had a little mold on the vents. Lots of hooks in the master bathroom though The shower was fantastic. The view is amazing. It is on the 10th floor. The balcony was small but nice. Since the unit sits back a little there was very little wind. I think in the winter this would be a plus. The unit is sound.(walls are thick). I could not hear anyone from the surrounding units.. BIGGEST ISSUE WITH THIS CONDO was the front door had no resistance to open. There wasn't a chain or deadbolt and was very easy to open. My 2 year old grandson was able to open the door with no problem. We had to slide our beach chairs against the bottom so that he didn't get out. I would not recommended this unit for younger children until they get that corrected. Another issue the code is too long. 8 digits is to much to remember. We had to walk all the way back to the beach to retrieve our phones because forgot the code. I never saw anyone at the front desk the whole time we were there. I did have to send a messege to the property manager and they responded immediately.

Great view

We stayed here with family. While our first time here some of our family has stayed at majestic sun and are familiar with the property. The condo itself was clean and while a little outdated, comfortably furnished. From our families experience, it was very similar to most of the condos in the building. There were a few minor irritations that we were able to easily live with. The instructions requested the temp stay at 70 or above. It got a little stuffy at night and we wished for at least a fan in the bedrooms. Our family had 3 cars and the listing only has passes for 2. Our family had in the past been able to pay for an additional pass. I reached out to request that but was told it wasn’t possible and given a website for paid parking off property. It caused some anxiety as we talked through who would go find said property when we all have car seats that are needed. After talking to the front desk we were easily able to buy an additional pass. I wish we had known beforehand. I am glad we had family who thought this may be possible as we may have not even tried this and would have paid quite a bit to park off property for one couple. Overall we would stay again. We loved the location and view but we also would not be against exploring other options In the same area.

We absolutely loved our condo! The view was amazing!

Overall everything about the area was perfect! The condo was clean and spacious for sleeping. Would love to stay here Everytime we come to Destin!

Perfect spot

This space was exactly what my friends and I needed. The location was fantastic and the views from the balcony were excellent. The only issues we had were that there wasn’t a sponge to wash dishes and the floor was so dirty when we got there that when I got out of the shower I made dirt marks where the floor got wet and my feet were black after walking barefoot

Great location and condo but the floors are filthy.

We planned a Spring Break get away and had never been to the Destin area. It was my husband, daughter and two of her friends and then my college aged son and his girlfriend ended up driving down since we could accommodate 8 people in the condo. All in all, it was okay but even our very first time entering the condo, we remarked about how much sand it felt like there was on the floors. We couldn't walk around without shoes or socks on and if you forgot to wipe your feet off before getting in bed, then you ended up with sand in the bed. One thing we noted was that there was no where to rinse sand off your feet after leaving the beach so there was always sand being tracked into the building and condo. We also witnessed a terrible tragic accident on the beach on Thursday so that in itself overshadowed our entire trip. Upon googling rip tide and Miramar Beach, I was surprised at how many water rescues there have been recently in the area.
