✹The living room has NEW, Leather furniture with plenty of seating, beachy decor, a 65" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
✹Adjacent to the living room, the large master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, 40" SMART TV, private closet, large private bathroom with upgraded vanity, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto the balcony and Gulf.
✹Down the hall, there is a ½ bath and full-size washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The laundry room also offers plenty of space for the beach gear we provide (6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach bag, and a speaker).
✹The secondary bedrooms have one room with a Queen bed and one room with two Full beds. Both rooms have a 32" SMART TVs with cable access, an attached bathroom, and private closet.

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

✹Having a car is helpful, but there are taxi and ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft) available. However, you might not even need a car as there are so many restaurants, attractions,

✹Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections on all aspects of the building and surrounding property. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami in 2021, Majestic Sun building management has ramped up inspections. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated several deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.

✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
