COTTAGE PIÙ VICINO A MAINSAIL ALLA SPIAGGIA !!

Graziosa villetta completamente ristrutturata, quadrilocale, unifamiliare, nel cuore di Destin. L'arredamento incantevole sulla spiaggia soddisferà tutti! Questa grande casa dispone di quattro camere da letto, bagni da due e un quarto e molto altro! Può ospitare fino a dodici persone. Cucina completamente attrezzata, servizio lavanderia in cottage e zona pranzo separata.


Questa gated communitys Mainsail offre una spiaggia privata, sulla costa del Golfo, sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca ... sulla Costa Smeralda. A piedi dalla spiaggia - meno di 100 iarde senza strade da attraversare. Sono incluse due piscine (una riscaldata) con
piscine per bambini situate. Servizio spiaggia per due (ombrellone e due sedie) fornito giornalmente senza costi aggiuntivi. Situato in posizione strategica con accesso a negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Tranquillo durante i mesi invernali per una vacanza tranquilla!

ULTERIORI INFORMAZIONI SUL NOLEGGIO:
* Deposito e pagamento: la tassa di pulizia $ 150 sarà trattenuta dal deposito dopo la partenza. Deposito di $ 500 per bloccare l'orario desiderato, il pagamento completo dovuto 60 giorni prima del check-in o l'affittuario perde il deposito e il tempo verrà sbloccato. Il deposito verrà restituito dopo il check-out, salvo che non si sia verificato alcun danno alla proprietà. We had a wonderful time here. The property was beautiful and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The beach access was a very short walk and the beach service for chairs was great. Whitest, cleanest, softest sand we’ve ever seen. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities as described. The owner was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely come back hand stay here.

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again!

Our family vacation went off without a hitch! The cottage was very spacious! We had plenty of room to spread out with our families. The beach was a very easy walk across the parking lot and didn’t have to worry about climbing/descending stairs at all, my parents greatly appreciated this! Location was perfect, close to all things food and shopping! And we couldn’t have asked for a better host! He was available within a very short amount of time to answer any questions we had! Thank you again for sharing your home with us! We hope to book again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location within the complex is ideal -- centrally located between two pools, sets of grills, and a close walk to the beach. The cottage had plenty of room for all of our adults, with comfortable beds and all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed evenings on the large back patio -- so peaceful and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this cottage again when visiting Miramar Beach.

The Drake Cottage is super convenient to everything including the beach! However, it is away from the heavy congestion of downtown Destin. The cottage was a perfect fit for our family and the proximity to the beach was awesome.

Location is key and this property hits the target. Short walk to the beach and shops needed such as Winn Dixie are right down the road. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nothing negative to say about The Drake!

Very nice home with many updates. The master bathroom was very large and nice. The house was very close to beach as well as many places to shop. We Loved their was an Alvin’s Beach store and Dollar store within a 5 min walk, outlets were across the road. Also the kids loved how close Chick-fil-A was. When we go back to this area I would stay here again. The only problem was it was so beautiful we all got way to much sun.

Nice place, good value. Property owner was very responsive and flexible when we had a travel issue. We enjoyed that the complex had multiple pools, and we could walk to the beach without crossing a street.

This house was perfect for our family! Lots of room for everyone. We were a party of 12. 6 adults, 2 teens and 4 kids. The kitchen is hands down the best stocked I’ve seen for a rental with everything you could need and more for meal preparation. Comfortable beds (soft but supportive) which is a big deal to us. Lovely furnishings and lots of towels for the house and beach. Wonderful location!!! The best lot on the resort. Private and quiet! Just under a 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved the perks of the lounge chairs and Umbrellas for sitting on the beach. There’s a good restaurant and bar just .6 miles west on the beach. Communication with Chris great and always was prompt when I had a question or concern. We all definitely felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Will be back!!

Finding a place to accommodate 12 family members ranging in age from 3 to 71 is not always an easy task with a limited budget. No place will ever be perfect, but we had very few complaints. One mattress was much harder than one couple was used to at home. The upstairs bedrooms, particularly the one that receives direct sunlight from the balcony, would be more comfortable if they could be cooler at night. This property was clean and as advertised with all equipment in good working order. Overall, we were very pleased and plan to return next summer.

The location of the house to the beach is awesome,only a short walk. All the beds were comfortable and the house is well stocked. We had several issues with the internet and cable. We did not have cable for three days and never really had internet the entire visit. The owners were great to communicate but we feel that something in the property kept us from even using our cellular data,we could not use cell phones when searching without the use of WiFi. Chris was good to call the cable company but he issue was never resolved. The house is located close the Winn Dixie and across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Our family enjoyed out stay at cottage # 41.

Pleasant stay for our family with two little grandchildren. Close to the beach and walking distance to shopping center and grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking pots. The actual price is higher than what is advertised as it also includes other fees such as cleaning, service and tax.

The house was lovely and the owner was very responsive. The location is great and we really loved the patio and outdoor furniture. Sheets were not provided for the couch bed which created some angst, but the owner resolved by the second night. There was no BBQ grill on site for customer use which made cooking for 12 people more difficult than we wanted!

Honest review, for being Covid certified, it was not super clean. We killed 3 cockroaches, all in the kitchen. We wiped down the kitchen countertops with Clorox wipes ourselves. The cupboards could be wiped out too, as there was lots of crumbs and such. It was really close to the beach which was very nice. Bathrooms were clean. They also have a lot of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc., which was great because we didn’t want to go out to eat and cooked pretty much every night. The beds were super comfy and there was ample space for our group of 11. However, when you first walk in and turn on a light, you definitely notice all the light switches were filthy. Like black crud all in them. The guy (Chris) was super wonderful. Very kind and laid back. So many locked spaces though. It was kind of weird. Can’t use the garage either. They keep that locked. Only sheets available, no extra blankets that I found. Really annoying that you can only set the thermostat down to 72°. It was hotter upstairs and it was only 75-80° outside. I can’t imagine how hot it would get up there when it’s 85-90°. If you like to sleep in a colder house, this is not for you. Even hotels let you adjust the thermostat. There’s a locked BBQ grill on the patio and something somewhere was mentioned about cleaning and covid and not being able to use it. We wanted to grill the steaks we brought and so I messaged Chris’ wife and offered a deposit to use it. She actually said, “Oh geez” there’s a grill by the pool. It was kind of condescending in my opinion. Why have a grill that no one can use? Especially when it’s in photos of the property you’re promoting? And who wants to walk that far with a plate full of steaks? It wasn’t terribly far, but far enough when you’re carrying food and all the spices, fixings, etc., while you’re cooking. Apparently it’s a new grill they don’t want to use yet so they keep it there. They live next door. I even tried knocking on the door twice, because Chris told me he lived right next door so feel free to come over if you need anything. Both times I knocked no one answered. That’s when I messaged his wife and I got “Oh geez”. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but a few things they could fix that would improve the space dramatically. Clean better, give your guests a grill they can actually use that’s ON the property, and if you say you’re available, be available, and let people set the thermostat to what makes them comfortable.

The house is very nice but I would not stay in the summer upstairs was hot. We stay in spring break my daughter said it was hot. My grand son slept with us down stairs because it was hot. I would bring fans.
